17:05 - True four seasons… does NOT mean you don’t have to winterize. 😊 It means that it has a little better insulation, heated undercarriage when the heat is on (so your tanks don’t freeze). And if you are in the heat or cold, you will need a hair less AC and heat because of the better insulation. Compare that units R values to a stick and tin trailer and you will see the difference, we rented a stick and tin unit in Oregon for a family reunion, and we went through 6 20’ propane tanks in one cool (not freezing, but close) 4-day weekend. If you store your RV over the winter you STILL NEED TO WINTERIZE. Minor point, but it could cost you a bundle if you don’t winterize and leave the RV to sit for a while in freezing temps. 😎

❤❤❤❤ We are looking for a 19’ RV with DRY BATH (separate toilet and shower using a smart wall design... NOT plastic shower curtains) like the Roadtrek Pilot and a drop down bed from the ceiling like the Wingamm Oasi. Have you come across an RV manufacturer that has put these two key features into ONE 19’ RV? 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Just FYI a quick 360 whirlwind view of the interior does not constitute a review or why it's in the top 10. Coach House is one of the few manufactures that puts a three year warrant on both the chassis and house portion of the RV.

Based on FIAT which is now part of Stellantis. Yes, FIAT‘s don‘t have a good reputation, like the old FIAT spider convertible. FIAT based Vans are are very common in Europe and I believe share their chassis with PSA another Stellantis brand.
