I've experienced this feeling multiple times but I figure that it has just been my brain misfiring dendrite connections relating to memory. As though I have the sense of dreaming that exact experience in real life but my brain just made a false conclusion. Or, perhaps I had an experience loosely related to my dream and my brain fills in the blanks making me feel certain I dreamed that experience before. Either way it's most likely a wrong conclusion lol our brains are fuckin silly sometimes.

I remember a few years ago I was told an aunt of mine died. I remember that the day of the funeral, I couldn't go because I was sick, so I wrote a letter of condolences to be read there. Fast forward a few years later, I see that same aunt at my sister's wedding. And here's the kicker: I seem to be the only person who remembers this. Needless to say, seeing her at the wedding triggered an internal existential crisis.

A few years ago I was driving home from work which was about a seven hour drive. For the first, approximately 30 minutes I was on the phone with my wife. Well. When I got home my wife and kids were crying and my whole family, as in sisters, brother, in laws, etc.. were there. Appearantly it had taken me nearly 32 hours to get home. I had somehow lost a day without me noticing and they had been calling hospitals, highway patrol, etc.. My phone was 100% dead so I did not receive any calls and I was completely and totally unaware that anything strange had occurred.

So this is my story. Not my personal but of my mother's about me. It happened in January,2018 when I was on a vacation trip with my friends. This incident happened with my mother two days later I left home for my trip. In our house we have a living room at the centre of the house and we have to cross it everytime we have to go from front of the house to the back rooms. There we have our television and couches. So it happened in the noon when my mother was carrying a pile of clothes from her room from front side to back room where she do her laundry. She told me that while she was carrying her pile of clothes she saw me sitting on the couch in my typical fashion feet up , half laying and watching my favourite show FRIENDS on TV and while she was walking through the room she heard me asking her to make tea. For a minute she thought it's okay but then the reality hit her that I was 1100kms. away from home. She ran back and saw no-one on the couch and TV switched off (she even heard the sound of the show playing). It freaked her so much she ran to our cousin's house which is just next door. She told her ordeal and my aunt called me. I remember my Mum freaking out on phone. She might have thought I died and it was my spirit or something. When I finally came home a week later she told me everything happened and we closed the case saying it was her mind playing games. She still watch me weirdly when I watch FRIENDS sitting on our couch.

one guy came home pretty late and took his kid from the sitting room who was almost passed out watching cartoons to his room to tuck in for the night,the man went to his room where his wife was fully wrapped in their sheets from head to toe,he laid down on the bed backing her when,his kid burst into tears and ran to the room,the father ran to his kid who was in tears at the door to ask what the problem was,the kid told his dad he dreamt that he(the dad) was lying down with something that looks like mum,he opened the door again and his sheets were flat on the bed,his wife was in the balcony taking some fresh air for the past hour,,the whole family ended up spending the night at a hotel

I have a good one for you. I was driving a 1990 Kenworth with a condo sleeper, and a 53' cold box out of Florida. as I was passing through Houston, I did one of those " long blinks" that drivers hate when I opened my eyes, I was pulling into Los Cruses NM, I was running on fumes, both of my 125 gal saddle bag tanks were dry, and when I sat down in the diner and ran the numbers from my log book, I had averaged 115 MPH on the 792 mile run. I was running a full load, and should have run out of fuel 100 miles sooner. not to mention, I had followed 10 the whole way, so I passed through many towns, including down town San Antonio, and El Paso. that drive is not possible while asleep. no damn way. especially in a 70' rig.

Something weird happened to me one time when I was working at a retail store. It was early in the morning, well before the store opened so no one else was there but myself and a skeleton crew of stockers. I bent down to retrieve some items out of a shopping cart when for some reason my body felt warm and I locked up. A sudden state of confusion hit me, telling me the store's layout was wrong. Now, I'd been working there for 5 years, so I knew everything's location pretty well. On the right of me was grocery section and on the left was party supplies/toys/clothes, so why I became confused is beyond me. Something kept telling me it should be the other way around, with grocery on the left and everything else on the right. I must have stood there for a solid minute trying to process this. Eventually I managed to move my body to look up and confirm everything was how it had been for 5 years. The warmth went away and I returned to stocking the shelves, but that memory still pops up every now and then and makes me wonder if it was a glitch in the system or if I had a brush with a parallel universe. For all I know I could've had a mini stroke, but nothing like that has happened since.

#4 Reminds me of something. When I was little I was watching tv in my room and saw my mom walk to her room. So I followed her because I needed to tell her something, but when I got into the room right after her she wasn't there. Then I went to the kitchen and there she was preparing diner, I asked her if she went to her room, and she said that she was to busy to go do something in her room.

Similar thing happened to me, went to go into my moms room and saw her asleep in bed I knew it was her and none of my other family because she has bright red hair and I saw that sticking out the top of the blanket, so I shut the door over and go back to my room about twenty minutes later car pulls up and she walks through the door, went to look in her room nobody in the bed and it was made, asked my dad and she had been at my nans for over an hour

Omfg a very similar thing also happened to me, I was lay in bed, bored and unable to sleep with random youtube videos playing in the background. My dad then came in to my room and said "you alright mate" something he commonly says, I replied with a yes and got up he left and walked right onto the landing leading to my brothers room and my parents. I went down stairs and into the living room to find my dad sat at his desk on his PC. To this day I don't have a clue what happened.

One day I was watching the big fight (boxing)with my friends when my best friend calls and he seems confused and asked me if I was watching the fight with my other friends and I responded yes then he said that that is not possible because he just saw me enter my house , I told him he needed some rest , then he took a picture and sensed it to me, the picture was of a guy that had my same scar in the arm , and the same honey brown eyes also he was wearing the labeled shirt I used gin when I played banquet in high school but the shirt was a little worn our,and all dirty, also the man looked older than me so I thought that someone broke in , we called the police and I rushed home , I saved the picture and for some reason 10 years later I found the picture and looked at it and the guy in the picture looked exactly like me, I rushed to my closet looked at my shirt and it looked just like the one the guy was wearing in the picture( this story is from my uncle he even showed me the picture and I know it is true because in the picture there was the house of my uncles friend , but the house got demolished 5 years later when my uncles friend died, so now I don't know what to say or how to explain this)

This doesn't add up. 1st was he entering the house when he took the picture because if he was he would not have been able to get a picture of his front. 2ed if he did get a picture of the front side he would have to either be very close or have a professional camera to get a good photo him. 3ed and finally the house burning down is convenient considering if someone asked for proof like the picture with the house in it to confirm the story has some solid evidence to the contrary. The story has lots of small details but with little holes like that without being explained it's not likely to be believed. You could've mentioned what Boxing match was playing to give it more validity. Not trying to be rude just wanted to point that out. ;)

OMG watching this made me feel so relieved, you know. There were times in my life where stuff were just odd. The biggest times was probably during High School. I remember this one time were I was walking home from school and I saw this couple walking a little a head of me, and I was like: "Oh gross, keep it to yourself." Then this noisy car drove past and the girl in front of me turn and then we just looked at each other. She looked exactly like me. She then then turned to her boyfriend said something and pointed to me. Only at that moment I tripped and the next I knew was I was walking up from an afternoon trip. But the weirdest part is is that a few months later, I finally got a boyfriend and we were walking home one day and this noisy car was coming up the road so I turned to look and there I was looking at myself. I turned to my boyfriend and said: "Omg Ive seen this. Love, I am standing right there. I wasnt crazy that day." My boyfriend told me then: "What are you talking about?" I turned to look, but the girl (me) was gone. Suddenly I had this major headache and I even puked. I turned to look where the other me had stood, and I saw three men wearing black glaring at me and the one even made that "Shhh" sign. I fainted and the doctor had just examined me and said he thinks I am just dehydrated and that I need to drink more water. And that wasnt all. Someone once came to me and said: "OMG Monique, yesterday was so much fun." I asked them what do they meant. and she said: "Yesterday at the choir festival! it still surprises me how well you can sing!" I told her:"I wasn't at the choir festival. I was at home watching anime." Then she looked defensive and genuine confused. She then said: "No, yesterday after the choir rehearsal, we talked." and then she just started mentioning stuff about myself that were public and some were private that I havent even told my best friend yet. When she realized that I really didnt know what she was talking about she freaked out and started ignoring me like the plague and we havent spoken since then.

I have a story! I didn’t personally experience this, and it was told to me some time ago, so bear with me. =3 In the north island in New Zealand, there’s a road called “Desert Road”. The road is I think the most common route from the top to the bottom of the island. One day, a family member was driving on it, and saw a hitch hiker. They quickly pulled over to the side of the road, and let the hitch hiker in. After driving for some period of time, the hitch hiker stopped them, and got out, saying words somewhat along the lines of these, “Thank you. May the lord bless your soul.” Or something like that. My family member was somewhat surprised at the random location, but took note of it. When they drove off, they looked behind the to see where they were going, but they were gone. It had only been a matter of second. Other people were reporting the same thing happening, the exact same words being said, stopping at the exact same place, and how the hitch hikers had just, vanished. There may have been something to do with time, too, though I can’t remember. I’m not sure if they ever figured out what was happening. Here's a strange thing that happened to me once One night I had woken up, I checked my phone to see the time, it was 4:37 AM. I put my tablet down and then attempted to go back to sleep, I could not sleep. I decided to just think of things to hopefully make me sleepy. Then my brother woke up. He told me he had to go to the bathroom, so I said OK and waited for him to come back. Around this time my dad got up to get a drink of some sort. Then my brother came back and then went back to sleep, but before he went to sleep he said I'm going to listen to Nirvana. I said OK and then went to sleep. I then woke up AGAIN so as always I checked the time it was 4:21 AM, I had some how gone back in time. I stayed up until the time my brother woke up. He woke up. I asked him if he needed to go to the bathroom he said "ya I was just about to go" and then my dad woke up and went to go get something, I knew I had gone back in time to stop something from happening, I had got a second chance. I ran to my dad before he got his drink and said "dad, there was a spider in my room and I can't find it" he turned around and agreed to help me find the spider. After looking for 10 minutes he said "I'm just going to go to sleep, the spider is not going to hurt you." I said "OK" and went back to bed and then my brother said "Goodnight Gerald, I'm going to listen to Nirvana. At time moment I knew I had truly time traveled or something.

Omg, so I have a story. Once (I was 11) I had a nightmare where this one lady kept trying to kill me. It was super realistic, which made it worse. About a week or two later, I was in the car with my mom. I saw a red car (Which the girl in the nightmare was driving) And... The girl was in that car. Not a hallucination, everyone else saw her. She waved at me and smiled as she was driving by. I was looking back, to see the car again. But it was gone. Like I said, everyone else in the car also saw her, not a hallucination.

Once my mom and I both saw a door knob trying to turn from inside of the bedroom when my dad and sister were in the living room. We both and screaming back into the living room. I still don't know WTF, it's something we both remember. I just remember something seeing this video. When I was little, around 4 years old, I was sleeping and I woke up because of a nightmare. I used to sleep in the same room with my older brother, so I looked for him in his bed but he wasn't there. I went to my parent's room and looked for them, but they weren't in bed. I went to my sister's room also looking for her, but she wasn't there either, it was around 3am. I remember I thought I was alone in the house and I got scared and decided to go to the front yard to wait for my family. A neighbour, who was in a party, saw me 1 hour or so later and asked me why I was there at that hour, so I told him I was alone in the house, he took me to his house and called my parents. They were all in the house, including my siblings, they were sleeping in their beds. They were really surprised when I told them I had looked for them and hadn´t found them.

Im 54 , I had a "dream" when I was 9 , about flying(floating?)over my hometown. I've never forgotten any detail of it. I knew what time it was, what day it was, even what time of year. But there was so much more to it. I could HEAR the sounds. I could feel temperature. I could feel wind. Later on in life after learning more about this sort of phenomenon, I believe I had a genuine OBE (out of body experience)

I never thought this matrix stuff had any weight until a few weeks back. I live in Pasadena Ca and I was out front of my apartment building smoking a cigarette ( I know, don’t judge). When I saw a guy jogging on the sidewalk across the street. No big deal but, in a blink of an eye I see the same guy rounding the same corner. This is a very large block he’s on and there is no way he could traverse what normal jogging speed would take 5- 10 minutes. There are no alleys or shortcuts he could’ve used.This was 3-5 seconds and it was the same guy wearing the same clothes jogging the same way and speed. He was like on repeat or something. I’m really trying to describe it the best I can. If it sounds confusing I apologize and, welcome to the club. I’ve tried looking for a logical explanation but, I can’t find one. It was unnerving to say the least. Not scary but, just plain weird.

back in 1993 (1 was 4) I remember playing in my back yard on a bright sunny day when it suddenly got dark I looked up and there weren't any clouds and the sun was dim like when you can control the brightness of a lamp light, when i turned to my mom and asked if she saw it she said I was being silly and went inside to get something, the neighbour boy who was 10 years older than me who's backyard faced mine came close to the fence and said "I saw it too". That's a memory I will never forget

I've had this happen to me, when I was in 5th grade me and my family set our alarms for school the next day which is something we usually do, however when the alarms went off something weird happened, at first when they woke me up to go to school it was exactly 5:30, all of the alarms and clocks said it and it was still dark outside. But after about 30 seconds time suddenly changed and it was 7:42, all of the clocks changed and even the lighting outside went from dark to light, my whole family freaked out and we checked our phones to see when the alarms went off and it said 5:30. To this day we have no idea what happened and why in just 30 seconds time changed.

A few months ago, I was looking through my old toys in my basement (we need to tidy up everything before remodeling our house) and when I put one box down, I heard one of the toys go off inside. I got so excited because the box was unlabeled, and I didn't know these were my toys, so I spent an hour going through them and trying to play them. Then I freaked out. All of the batteries were taken out, and these were toys from the late 80's, so they only ran on your commercial double and triple A's. I still have no clue what happened.

One time I was out with my sister and next to us was a white car with like 8 bumper stickers and dark tinted windows. I brought the tinted driver side window to my sisters attention, as we both decided to ignore it. I looked back 2 seconds later and the car was still traveling next to us but there was a car exactly like it driving behind it. Same tinted windows, bumper stickers and exact same car.

So this my story. It happened in October 2019 during night time when I was studying in my room for my exam the next day. My ear gets filled of wax pretty quickly (in about 2 days or so), so I took a short break from my study to clean that up. I really couldn't do it properly, so I asked my mom for help. Now this is where it gets unexplainable. I was holding 2 q-tips in my hand and I handed out the box of q-tips to my mom to hold it for me. After I was done with those 2 tips, all of a sudden the box was not there, not in my mom's hands. I asked her if she had put it somewhere on my bed but as it turns out, it was in a completely different room and neither of us even had any memory of me handing out the box to her. My dad then told me that he saw her coming in that room and leaving the box there, when she was with me the whole time. My mom didn't believe in parallel universes or glitches or things like that but this event freaked the hell out of her and we still talk about that to this day.

I have my own "glitch in matrix". Little background information: So I started my hobby (ballet) at age 7, and now I'm 16. There was this girl, I will call her J and her friend E, and then there was A. E had really strange arm, it was mutilated. Just something wrong with her D.N.A nothing more. E and J were best friends and in the same school, in the same class! Well the story goes like this: J and E stopped coming to ballet classes. I though nothing about it. J's big sister still attended, but I never talked with her. Skip some years I was now 15, and friends with J's sister. And J was back! I was of course really happy, but now it becomes weird. A acted as like she never even heard about J. It was strange, and I talked about it with J, A and J's sister. They all looked me, like I was making everything up, and then J spoke: "I have never been in ballet class before. Neither was E, and we are not friends. You got couple things right tho, we are at same school and you got her mutilated hand right too." So I was describing girl I had never even seen. I'm still thinking about it. Sorry for my english, it's not mu first language.

I have a story similar to those. When I was a kid, I was plying with a friend of mine next to his house, in some sort of garden and then suddenly everything went completely white, couldn't hear or see anything, except for one dark shadow wich rushed across de lower part of the "garden". When the shadow desapeard everything went back to normal. I thoght that that happened only in my mind (because I pass out easily) , but when I looked back to my friend... he was in shock and afraid. I asked him if he saw the same and guess what? 100% the same. I went to tell my parents after they got home but they said that something like that couldn't really happen. As a grew older I never told this to ANYONE ELSE, but one day (after years) I was having coffee with a neighbor and talked about this incident joking (we were talking about times that our mind tricked us), then she stared at me and said "i remember this. I got so scared that a took my baby with me and hidded underneath my bed.". We were both kinda scared, but then again my parents didn't really belive it and said it was probably just a lightening ( even though the "whitness" lasted for a good 20 seconds, the sky was clear and there was absolutely no sound) .

I don’t think this goes with a glitch in the matrix, but my great grandma is always telling me this story when I ask. She’s very healthy and is still alive to this day. She’s around 73 years old, and this story takes place maybe in her late 30’s. She would always take her dog outside, and her dog would run over a hill and come back with money. Almost every single time. It was truly a blessing because she didn’t have much. She was working as a janitor at a business building in Iowa. One day, she took her dog over the hill like they always did and her dog didn’t come back with money this time. She told me that she said to herself “I could really use 10 dollars right now for gas”. Her shift was a night shift. She showed up like usual, I can’t remember the time she said it was. She was mopping the floors on one of the top floors. She said it was always very busy on this floor, and she would look around and see people walking in every direction. She looked back down and as she looked up, no one was on the floor anymore. The elevator came up, and a short bald man entered the floor. He came to her and said “Are you Mary?” she said “Yes I am” and he gave her 10 dollars. She asked why, and he said “You asked for it, didn’t you?” and she said yes. She asked who he was and how did he know but the man left on the elevator. She began to mop again and people came onto the floor in every direction. She was very confused, and she tried to catch the man before he left. She ran down the staircase but didn’t see him leave the elevator. She still says to this day that she has no idea how that could have happened, and how that is possible. It’s absolutely crazy, but I truly believe her. We always laugh about it because she wishes she asked for more money lmao but it’s something she still can’t explain

There is this one time where i got back from rhe beach and went to school the next day.I told my friends if they went to the beach and one said that he saw to guys got to the ocean and never came back.he showed the picture and a picture 5 hours later and there was no sign of them.3 years later i went to the beach again and as we were setting up the camp i saw two guys in the water walking to the ocean.i took a picture and send it to my friend and he sends a picture and said,"thats the exact guys i saw 3years ago!!" AND the picture he send was the same image he showed to me 3 years ago.

I have a story idk if it's a glitch in matrix or just strange coincidence. So every year me and my family are driving to a cemetery to pray and lay flowers ( tradition) and there is a turn to get there and every time for the past 30 years when we are going there we pass a car on the same turn. This happens 100% of the time. The strange thing is that we pass the car but if we look around there are no more cars coming behind us or in front of us ever. Can this be a coincidence or do you think it is something else?

The weirdest thing I've experienced is probably just a coincidence, but it freaked me out at the time. I caught a bus and took a seat on the lower deck. I normally go upstairs as there's less chance of someone sitting next to you, but the bus wasn't crowded. On the CCTV screen I noticed myself; it's usually a bit odd seeing yourself that way especially as there's a few seconds delay between what's actually happening and what you see...so you may have your head facing a different way, and so forth. However, there seemed to be something else that was odd...I realised that the image on the CCTV was me sitting upstairs. Probably someone who looked just like me but I got off the bus and didn't look back.
