Great vid Landon, Been waiting for this one!! I'm a melbournian (Oz) that's originally from Indonesia. Just a few miss pronunciation and missed interpretation. ie: Suster ngesot : she is called ngesot because her legs was broken into pieces, so instead of walking, she crawls (ngesot=crawl / dragging her self on the floor using her arms) There's few more scary demons / entities that are around in Indonesia. Such as: sundel bolong, mak lampir, etc You can confirm these with other Indonesian people that's in your subscription. Thank you kindly and have a great one mate

Another variant of the Pocong in Malay is Gegulung, my aunt once saw it rolled right in front of her. Its not a joke because this happened in the early 70's when she was returning home from school. People in her village was not trolls like people nowadays. She had seen a lot of 'things' in her youth. This only stops once she got married.

just straightening out Genderuwo is from Indonesia ✖️ Genderuwo is from Persia ✔️ leak (kuyang) only in Indonesia ️✖️ leak (kuyang) also exists in Cambodia and Thailand✔️ Tuyul from Indonesia ✖️ Tuyul from Korea ✔️ Kuntilanak only in Indonesia ✖️ Kuntilanak is a ghost that appears from folklore in various countries of the world, it's just dubbed by different names. ✔️ Pocong is not actually a native Indonesian ghost. Pocong has its roots in Muslim burial culture where every time someone dies, the body will be wrapped in such a cloth before being buried. even so, pocong only exists in Indonesia due to people's fear of funeral practices which for some people will make them have nightmares about the arrival of a figure resembling a corpse they see. so that the form of pocong becomes a manifestation of public fear. 4:03 After all, this image comes from Italy in the 16th century and happens to be similar to Wewe gombel, so we can conclude that Wewe gombel can also be found in Italy.
