Top 10 Scrum Halves: Are They the Best in the Game?

You’ve got 3 All Blacks on the list, but 1 South African. Scrumhalf is probably South Africa’s deepest position right now. At least one of Grant Williams or Cobus Reinach has to be on the list if not both. Finlay, White, TJ and Lucu, none of them are better than Reinach or Williams.

He’s not even among the best 9s in the top 14. Couilloud, Jauneau, Arrata, Serin, Le Garrec are all better than him. And to be fair, any 9 in the world would appear good with the South African pack in front of him. But Reinach at Montpellier is bang average
