@@wlk2408 you ,as a South African, where do you place kolbe among the most complete players of all time ? because even as a French, I think that he may be the most complete OAT, this guy can kick, defend, has insane steps , fast, strong and there is not so much hype around him in SA I have an impression like you talk oftenly about Kolisi, Habana, Etzebeth... in the goat convo, but rarely of Kolbe for me, he is the most dangerous player I have ever seen, nobody can take him 1 on 1 the France team could do nothing against him ( especially penaud sadly)

@@wlk2408 interesting I didn't know who was Naas Botha 11 victoires in 15 finals is really impressive In France for being professional I swear, you have to play in a junior club when you're under 18 And particularly if you study in the same Time it's better to go in a big city near you And so you have the " Crabos" compétition that IS the greatest competiton for the juniors in "high school" It's the opportunity to prove your value for the ProD2 teams or even top14 For exemple, Dupont was selected by the Castres Olympique After having played the Crabos final with Auch in 2014. But if you're living in a Big city, like Romain Ntamack in Toulouse, it's easier to become professional in a great team in the top 14 (The Toulouse's Formation Centre is the best in France So Ntamack was able to do his first game for Toulouse in 2017, while he was playing with the "Espoirs" (like the young prospects) of the Stade But in France there is not a sport culture liké other countries There IS not universities with Big stadiums and dedicated to the sport It's really a shame because even if France IS great in international sports in général We could better if there was more money spent about sport (infrastructures, teams, formation etc..) I have the impression that this is better in SOUTH Africa or New Zeland

Great team but you have more than enough kicking power in Du pont R.Muanga Ramos Pollard. So you can swap out Barrett for Bundee Aki any day. The man is a beast.

Charles Ollivon over Ben Earl is a questionable call, could think of many openside flankers who put in a bigger shift every game, Kwagga Smith, Josh Van de Flier, Tommy Reffell. Also Rieko Ioane is absolutely nuts and definitely better than Ringrose, then you've also got Jesse Kriel. Robbie Henshaw and Bundee Aki can, have and are playing 13 over Ringrose too. Not the best decision there. Pieto Mauvaka would definitely be the reserve hooker too, he was a menace to the Boks in at the RWC. Blair Kinghorn gets started over Ramos at fullback for Toulouse for a reason too, think Willemse and George Furbank are better too and really any All Blacks Fly Half/Full Back. Richie Mo'unga maybe, George Ford, Handre Pollard or Matthieu Jalibert could also be there.

Picking Owen Farrell at ten is a head turner but I think he's the best game manager out there, probably a lot of English bias from me though, fair enough if you don't agree. Damian Penaud and James Lowe was a really tough call, just think with this mid-field you don't need Penaud coming off his wing constantly which is where he shines. Chose Willemse at Full Back to run a 7-1 split, Kolbe and Jordie Barrett make that an easy decision too. Honestly you could run an 8-0 bench split with Ardie Savea or Ben Earl going into the back line if theres an injury.

That's a really good selection and as with these things there can and always will be some debate, but for me Etzebeth, du Toit, Savea and du Pont are non negotiables and should be the first in anyone's 15.

The South African centres are eternally underrated. In the last 6 years, there has not been one game where an opposition centre played well. Jordie Barrett gets dominated every time. De Allende is so much better. Marx is the best Springbok player, he’s better than Sheehan. Thomas Ramos is so overrated, if he didn’t kick for poles, no one would talk about him. Willemse and Keenan are both better.

As a South Africa I believe Rieko loane is way better than tht Irish centre. Will Jordan and Kurt-Lee Arendse is better than Penaud😅 Penaud is a legend tho.
