Great work Josh. Thank you. Also! You are the ONLY person I’ve seen on this platform who ACTUALLY gave real starting salary expectations for people new to this field. Josh. You are simply the best.

I mainly wanted to get my foot in the door. I can't afford course careers and I'm heavily in debt. I'm still doing WGU for Software Engineering, but it it's rough right now.

Hey Josh, It'd be interesting to see more of that data from your students showing what qualifications they had and what salary they were able to achieve in their respective cost of living area.

Hi Josh, do you have a video on how to get into WGU? The school made it harder to get accepted now. Thanks in advance.

@joshMadakor can you meet a video for helpdesk support/IT support interview questions and answers?

Would you suggest using the comptia A+ book or watching videos to get the A+?
@JessicaKing-pl6wi5 ай бұрын
I suggest the Google IT Support Certificate

Both can be helpful but a great video series on KZbin or PluralSight or on Udemy

Depends how much you already know. Just passing that stupid test is usually good enough. There's no need for a deep understanding of that crap.

a friend of mine has his a+ and ccna. he also has some experience but the company let him go. what would be ur advice for him?
@JoshMadakor5 ай бұрын
well, life happens. just tell him to keep going and look for a job that suits his skills. i am sure he is a great employee.
@Animejook5 ай бұрын
@@JoshMadakor yea he is. Before he got hired he had his A+. Once he got hired, they advised all the newbies to get the Cisco ccna cert. Took him couple of months to study and he passed the test. He thought he’d get promoted to an ASE position. From all these skills what should he focus on more? He was a network integration field technician
