I was born hearing impaired. I started to wear hearing aids during all of my waking hours when my daughter was born. I have never regretted it. During school years, I didn't wear them because kids are cruel and I eventually refused. Now 43 years later, I wear them during all my waking hours. I ENCOURAGE those with hearing loss, to wear them for at least a year and for 10 to 12 hours a day before rejecting them. The brain needs to acclimate to the noise and to figure what to ignore and what to attend to. Hearing aids are a wonderful treatment tool! I can attest to it. I convinced my Dad and Mom to wear them and it made a difference.

Can you do a video on chronic traumatic encephalopathy? There isn’t much up to date information that I can find.

Taking too much medication is something that is very bad. Aldo doing things that like crossword puzzles is good. Cognitive reserves is a good thing.
