My thoughts on this ranking: 10. Yes, the Bad Reputation and the WWE references were definitely epic 9. Yes, the animation (and of course, the story) were absolutely out of this world with this legacy sequel 8. Honestly, with the lack of jokes in this scene, I found it to be very meh in the grand scheme of things 7. Seeing that spark of hope in the tonally dark (and appropriately so) Shrek Forever After was certainly a sweet moment in the story 6. I still refuse to watch this musical, knowing that it completely misses the point of Shrek as a whole being contra Disney fairy tales 5. A badass moment which showcases perfectly how Fiona is not your ordinary princess 4. Fun little escape sequence, with a fun song to boot 3. The most iconic endings to any animated movies bar none, still in love with these scenes to this day 😁 2. A meme fest filled with tons of classic family drama jokes, ending with the iconic exclamation "Donkey!" HM: The mocking of Charming was one of the few enjoyable moments in Shrek The Third, Fiona singing until the bird explodes is a fun character moment in Shrek, "Do The Roar" was a hilarious way of showing Shrek's frustration, and Welcome to Dulac is a true knee slapper 1. The best moment for me was when Puss was in the cave reflecting his past live, and then one of them basically said "you're trapped in your" and immediately Death arrives and finishes with "fear". That transition was so amazing and it needs to be talked about more often. (ps: I'm not 100% sure of how the dialogue went, I haven't watched it in English)

I can understand how Shrek feels, wanting to be alone and in peace, yet everyone keeps annoying him...even not respecting his privacy, and he just gets annoyed, because everyone is pressuring him at his kids' birthday party, which I do not really enjoy, except for Butter Pants wanting him to "do the roar"; that is so funny. So no wonder Shrek even does a roar, so then it impresses Butter Pants, but it was also annoying because everyone was complaining to Shrek: Butter Pants, the Three Little Pigs, Lillian, Donkey, Pinocchio, and his kids crying. And when Shrek splats the cake, I was just entirely shocked!

I have been in this show twice this past summer as Scarecrow in the Fairytale Creature Ensemble and Freak Flag is the best number in the whole show in my opinion.
