Excellent Video as usual & I'm glad you made clear that you were leaning toward the more Apollonian structure. One structural feature I've seen the experts mention over the years (on Forums like Muscle Mayhem, IronAge, MD, ect) probably 2nd only to clavicle width is torso length. In general, guys with longer torsos usually have great abs & better aesthetics but struggle when it comes to complete back development. Almost all the Mr. Olympias have a medium to medium/short torso. I think Rhoden would be the only Mr. Olympia I would consider to have a somewhat long torso..Possibly Dexter; but his torso seems longer from the front than the back although that is a visual observation not based on fact. I think your picks were excellent considering the vast amount to pick from. I never thought about it but a prime Paul Dillett like you showed next to Flex is probably the most impressive bodybuilder ever just standing from the front. I want to add that I consider you in that expert category when it comes to bodybuilding knowledge & assessment.

He looked HUGE at 242 pounds and had almost perfect skeletal structure. He had both Apollonian and Herculean qualities. Small joints and hips, yet enormous rib cage, shoulder breadth, and muscles. Arnold was massive yet aesthetic. I met him during the mid-70s. Saw him in street clothes and in the gym. Cold. Pumped. Guest posing. From every angle he was impressive. He dominated every Olympia except 1980. When you say tall guys have an advantage and those blessed with small joints even moreso… you are talking about The Austrian Oak.

I agree with the majority of what you've said, but I think small wrist/ankle joints come with a tradeoff. Small ankles/bones of the lower leg are probably a lot of the reason we're seeing such crappy calves these days.
