Fun fact: By the time Enchanted was made, Disney had already completely shut down all of their traditional animation teams and any animators who weren't willing to learn computer animation were let go. As a result, Disney had to contract out the animated portions of Enchanted to an outside studio... ...founded by a bunch of their laid-off animators.

@@힐만94 Michael Eisner was the one who made the shift from traditional to computer animation in the early '00s. I was in my freshman year of art school - at a Disney recommended school, no less - with the goal of being a traditional animator at Disney's Florida studio when that exact studio was closed down in 2003/4, so to say I was bitter was an understatement. I ended up going into illustration instead which I really love and I'm glad I did, but I still dearly wish Disney would get back in to traditional animation in addition to computer. Eisner did some great things for the company back in the '80s and '90s like spurring their animation Renaissance period, spearheading the creation of Animal Kingdom and (what is now) Hollywood Studios, and basically saving the entire company from hostile takeover, but once it got into the '00s his judgment just went down the toilet. Roy O. Disney started the Save Disney campaign to oust him which ultimately led to the stockholder vote of no confidence that forced him out in 2005. I've been a stockholder for a very long time and actually participated in that vote, so it felt like at least a _little_ vindication. I'm hoping the stockholders will be able to do the same thing with Chapek as soon as possible because _my god_ every single thing he's done since taking the reigns from Iger has absolutely _sucked._

Her makeup gets darker (it started in natural shades then she gets really dark eyeshadow) and her hair comes down (instead of being half up half down). This is to show that Christine is becoming more adult and isn’t as innocent as she was when she was under the impression that the phantom was simply an Angel.
