And in energy sector almost all the nuclear power plants of india are operational because of Russia, as india imports mass % of its uranium from central asian countries...and Russia have a significant influence over central Asian countries 😑

In the Philippines we don't have special mission aircraft but instead we have special mission people and they are called "marites" they can gather information anytime anywhere
