रनिंग के तुरंत बाद करोगे तो अच्छा रहेगा। क्योंकि मसल गरम और लूज़ होंगे। जिससे स्ट्रेचिंग करने में आसानी रहेगी। और रिकवरी में भी फ़ायदा होगा। और अगर तुरंत बाद समय नहीं मिलता है तो बाद में फ़ुरसत के समय कर लिजिए
