exactly. If Adori was so powerful, why hasn't she hunted down all the other princesses for their 13 months series? I think she's more of a general type, she has a really powerful high ranking army that just assist her with climbing higher floors... not that she's weak, but I don't think she's remotely close to anything the Family Heads can actually do. They've not moved from isolation in eons, obviously a child who's dedicated could surpass them in rankings with a damn Cheat sword ranked S+, the highest ranked weapon known in the verse. It's kinda like comparing SKILL to Pay To Win in any video game rankings. The only true "strength" rankings that matter are from rank 6 to 1 and Enryu. Because it's made consistently clear that Pentaminum rules secretly, Enryu serves under him, Jahad is the gate keeper, Urek is right there with Jahad, Arie and Eduan are portrayed to be rivals/equals.

Someone incredibly powerful capable of creating life with shinsu. No one in the tower can do that. Except for him and Phantaminum. Although we don't know if Phantaminum is still inside the tower. The only non-irregular I could see making it on this list is Baek-Ryun. The Jahad Princesses may be ranked higher than some family heads in the Towers rankings. But as we've learned, those rankings don't depend solely on power. Evankhell is the best example of that. She was ranked number 60, but after she helped Bam escape the last station her rank dropped to (I can't remember clearly but) I think it was 100 or something because she opposed Jahads army in doing so. Adori is ranked this high partly because she is basically the highest authority of Jahads army (excluding Jahad himself). The two Jahad princesses on this list are powerful, no doubt, but they don't measure up to a family head in terms of pure power.

The "power" not count only that you can "kill". By that all Families heads would be on top. I think it shows that in fight Adori Zahard can make Gustang surender, or make him "near dead" that would be "defeat", but not to death. Count this as "difficulty level" for Irregular. For Baam for example fight Gustand would be easier than Adori. That's not exactly "who can kill whom".

After the recent chapter in terms of strength I don't think Adori and Eurasia is comparable to any irregular. Why? Because luslec the leader of FUG is only worth 20-30% of urek mazino strength. And then why didn't zahard sent Adori to capture gustang if she is more powerful than Traumerei if goes by ranking? The answer is already stated by Traumerei, Urek and Gustang which is no matter how powerful a regular can be they are just like a feeble or bugs compared to Family Head or Irregular. Bam is an irregular as well as someone who had 2 irregular blood running on his veins and also blessed by the outer god. That is why every FH is going crazy for bam because he is truly unique.
