Shigaraki also has the capability of focusing on one or more target, his decay isn’t a aoe only ability

Hypothetically, Mustard is pretty terrifying if you don't have a hard counter at the ready. A large scale AoE attack version of Midnight's quirk, capable of sensing movement within the gas, and a gun to dispose of incapacitated targets. It's cowardly, but should be very efficient and deadly in practice if it weren't for plot convenience.

Moreover, this guy could get into any building by turning a door or a window into rubber and pushing it out of its lock. If he was proficient at stealth he'd be a very successful robber. I wonder if he could turn people's body parts into rubber. Could he give somebody a rubber arm, knot it to a pillar and then watch the arm get slowly broken as the elasticity effect wears off?

Shigaraki didn't outsmart Overhall. He simply swept in like a scavenger after the fights. Essentially, he happened to be lucky to get an opportunity and was smart enough to grab it. In terms of power, strategy and leadership, he does not impress that much.

He's a coward and a bad leader. Just look how his team is doing now in the manga... Very badly. I'm sure you don't know that Mirio took the bullet with Eri's blood in it that means that Mirio's quirk was affected by Eri's quirk. So 'rewind' rewinded his quirk. I'm not sure that Eri could make the human body go further in time

Her power is indeed a one way ticket to our knowledge. If you are correct and the bullet is essentially rewinding things then yes, he will have to wait for it to come back in time and hope it didn't blink out entirely. The mechanics of the bullet however are questionable. We do not actually know if that is how it works or if its merely derived from her. They were never 100% clear.

Shigaraki is most likely faster than muscular, and did you see those acrobatics during the USJ attack, he’s pretty agile. Muscular relies on close quarters combat so all Shigaraki needs to do is clamp a hand on him.

1.All For One [In his prime, plus stated he loaded the first nomu that was able to go toe to toe with all might] 2. First Nomu [Overpowered ass healing factor and his base strength rival's all mights] 3. Overhaul [Quirk is friggin broken and can very much One shot almost anyone and can make himself stronger by fusing himself with someone else and could fight 100% Deku] 4. High end Nomu [ is only smarter than the other Nomu but is heavily outclassed everywhere else tho] 5. Shigaraki [His quirk can virtually kill almost everyone on this list but just lacks the strength but has the speed and intelligence to back it up] 6. Muscular [Has a really good quirk and was able to take multiple 100% punches and was defeated by plot armor] 7. Stain [Could be killed izuku todoroki and iida had it been a fair fight and has insane speed and skill] 8. Dabi [His flames should be stronger than endeavors base flames and seems to be the leader of the vanguard action squad but needs better feats] 9.Rappa [almost killed both fatgum and kirishima] 10.Gentle [Versatile quirk but lost to deku even while having help so this is his ranking] Hm-Giganto machia [not much is seen of him but he will prolly ve super high on this list but until then he's here]

I know this video is old, but I think Twice deserved to be on this list somewhere. I know with the nature of his quirk he does avoid direct combat when possible, but his quirk is incredibly powerful. The clones he makes have full use of the original person's quirk, which is insane. Also, in the world of My Hero Academia, he's considered to be very powerful, both by the heroes and by other villains. (I also like him a lot and think he needs more appreciation cause he's pretty cool)

People tend to downplay her a lot, when she's easily one of the strongest melee fighters in the entire series, stomped deku with zero difficulty in the license exam, back flipped aizawa with low difficulty and stabbed him.

Ah hell yeah! I am happy to see Rappa here! I actually liked him quite a lot. He looks cool, has neat personality and really cool quirk. It is actually a good question if Rappa or Muscular would win. Stain proves that closing up the distance between you and enemy is not hard. If all Dabi can do is shoot flames while Tomura is fast and smart, he can easily close the distance. I would switch those two around for at least now. I think Stain can take down first Nomu and can go toe to toe with Overhaul for sure. I do think that it should be mentioned how, out of all villains, Toga has the biggest potential of becoming very dangerous. She can pretty much become Stain if she trains enough.

She's easily stain's level already, look at how she made aizawa's bandages look like a joke in overhaul arc with a backflip and a stab, and she completely blitzed deku in license exam

Not on Stain's level, no, because Stain would easily kill Aizawa right there and then. But, she is getting there. If she trains her hand to hand combat and would get faster, she can be very dangerous. She is already League's third most dangerous member.

And toga is extremely fast she doesn't need to train her speed anymore, she does know hand to hand combats, she pinned down deku in license exam without any weapons but with bare hands and stealthiness, speed wise she's definitely faster than full cowl at this moment, I seriously can't think of toga's weakness other than her quirk's drawback which is nudity, she's perfected at close combats. See, it is not because Aizawa is bad or weak, but simply because Stain is so powerful. Aizawa is good because he prays on taking away opponent's quirks and then putting them on same level as he is, where his skills exceed. But, with Stain, that won't work. Plus, Stain was and is an assassin; like it or not, but Aizawa will fight to stop him while Stain will fight to kill him. Now, if we take that variable away, I still believe that Stain is simply more skilled and is faster. Maybe I misspoke; it won't be fast but Aizawa won't land any good shots on Stain and Stain will ultimately take Aizawa down. Toga's main weakness is how silly she is. Once serious-angry, I bet she can be extremely dangerous. But, for now, I would say her rank of being dangerous is probably between B- and B+. She needs to get smarter and simply learn more techniques. Now, she could've actually done it but we simply don't know about it; after all, she escaped Aizawa's bandages exceptionally masterfully.

@@OneReallyGrumpyJill well even if aizawa is not willing to kill, doesn't mean that he wouldn't go all out, yes, heroes don't kill, but he could've pinned the villain down and knock him out or restrain him with bandages, that's all. Aizawa is more than just putting his enemies with just the same league as he is by cancelling the quirk, he knows martial arts, close hand to hand combats, just like how stain knows his assassination techniques, while aizawa knows martial arts For toga she maybe look "silly" sometimes( I mean crazy), but when she's doing her things she would be serious, so that doesn't affect her at all, she's definitely one of the most rational members of the league. She knows more techniques than anyone else in the series, a technique which stain and aizawa wouldn't know. Remember how she was hiding her presence in the license exam to pin down deku? She's too stealthy to keep up with, she claimed that "invisibility" in the license exam as a technique, that's definitely one of the assassination technique, so stain ain't the only one who knows how to assassinate people

Like this list but I think the ranks should be switched up a bit and look more like this: 1. all for one: do I need to explain? 2. highend: hear me out with this: endeavor said highend was way too fast for him, so I don't think overhaul would be able to touch him before he got away, and we also know highend has a ton of quirks and can spawn nomus everywhere. imagine overhaul trying to change the battlefield trying to destroy him but he can fly away fast and even if his battlefield does manage to reach him he would regenerate. then he can get far enough away and spawn a long ranged nomu to ward off overhaul(or use a long ranged quirk himself). tell me what you think about this battle, am I downplaying overhaul too much here? :P 3. overhaul: usj nomu can only use close combat punches and only has shock absorption and super regeneration so if overhaul touches him just once, impales him with a bit of the battlefield to trap him then he can simply touch him and usj nomu is done for 4. usj nomu: he went toe to toe with nonprime all might (and lost yes, but) meanwhile muscular lost against deku who was injuring himself over and over to try and hit him. 5. muscular: went against deku using 100% multiple times, meanwhile stain lost against 5% deku, todoroki, and iida. stain could try using his swords against muscular but since he has those muscle fibers which he can manipulate at will, stain's swords will just get stuck in them, muscular punches stain and stain is down easily. 6. stain: this was a hard one but I put stain above shigaraki since shigaraki simply doesn't have many feats. all he did was go up against a weakened & tired aizawa meanwhile stain went against 3 ua students. it was really hard to judge this since we don't know what kind of training shigaraki has been through meanwhile stain has trained really hard & kills heroes a lot. when he encountered shigaraki, remember he surprised him and was able to get the jump on him then. however, when shigaraki got back up he backed up a bit too and seemed a bit scared for a second so i don't really count that even though a ton of people do for some reason. 7. tomura shigaraki: dabi was really overrated in my opinion. every battle dabi has ever been in he's either lost (easily) or just retreated. as for toga, sure she might be able to sneak up on him but shigaraki is fast and can easily dodge her. also he has 5/5 intelligence/technique so i think he can find out a way to get past her. 8. himiko toga: actually quite good, proven when she used aizawa's weapon against him, sneaking up on deku, etc. are good feats to place her above dabi that's for sure. If dabi and toga were put on a battlefield (i'd even make it long distance in dabi's favor) sure he could use his quirk on her and burn the forest, but hes really slow and relies heavily on his quirk which makes it harder for him to see (because of the smoke) making it easier for toga to hide and then she can stab him in the back and win the fight. 9. dabi: I looked but I haven't been able to find where it said he was the strongest vanguard action squad member at all... anyways, dabi can burn rappa and rappa lost gg (lol). 10. rappa beat kirishima and fatgum, enough to put him on the top 10. really curious about gigantomachia and this "ujiko" dabi was talking about. wonder where they'd go. lol sorry didn't mean to make this so long...

I think he's a villain that's going to be reoccurring in the story. I feel like the author only took him out for now to give Deku more time to grow without All Might and having to worry about All For One. Eventually, he's gonna break out of prison (it's already been foreshadowed) and he's going to continue operating as a villain.

She mad handled aizawa, completely blitzed deku with full cowl and shoot style in license exam without him realizing, one shotted rocklock who is a pro hero. Dabi couldn't do such things, gentle defeated by deku who was far weaker than toga as shown. She's extremely underrated and downplayed. She's clearly one of the strongest members in the league not in terms of strength, but her skills and martial arts

Deku thought she was Cammie, so of course Deku wouldn’t use his full power to fight. If Deku fights her with full power he could easily beat her. And no way in hell she will beat Dabi. All Dabi has to do is burn her to ash with a simple blast of his quirk. And she didn’t man handle Aizawl, she simply just stabbed him.
