Also probably doesn't help that for the most part Micheal doesn't have as much a personality compared to other killers. He's just Evil, sure that's creepy, but not exactly much for an exciting killer. Jason has a more defined backstory and has killed people in an insane number of ways, while Krueger has a legitimate personality to him. Micheal is certainly legendary for a reason but it isn't for his personality.

Myers has about 111 kills while Jason has at least 150 and some counts go to 300. Also you say that Friday is a rip off of Halloween which isn't true they just use the same genre which is slasher, one of the first movies that was made in the genre is from 1927 and is called The Bat. Yeah, back in part 2 all the 2ay to part 3 when he is the killer he may be seen as a threat to most but he is far weaker than most on this list. I think the reason Freddy got #1 was because of the original nature of his abilities (attacking/killing his victims in their dreams). Unquestionably, Jason has the highest body count of them all, so if that were the only criteria he would be #1. I am surprised that Michael Myers was as far down as #6.
