My personal favorite Transformers going beast mode moment was when Optimus killed all those Deceptions while charging at Shockwave in Dark of the Moon. He literally tore through them like a hot knife through butter and ripped Shockwave’s eye out. The Michael Bay movies may not have been perfect, but damn did they have some awesome fight scenes.

You missed the main thing. Optimus going rampage in Chicago after he gets untangled and he kills nearly 10 bots along with shockwave. Its the most badass moment in the history of all transformers movies.

2 moments from the first movie still replay in my mind. First, Shockwave's attack on the air force base. We immediately realize how unprepared we are. Second, Starscream's quick moment of air superiority where he destroys a couple fighters. Again, we are shown how easily the Decepticons could have rolled over humanity.

I think this should be redone and revisited once the new sequels to Rise of the Beasts come out. I expected to see moments like the real power of a Prime scene, Bee vs Shatter and Dropkick, and Primal vs Battletrap alongside Optimus vs Megatron from 2007, the Forrest Battle, Megatron vs Sentinel, and the Cybertron scene. With Transformers One arriving in the fall of next year, two sequels to Rise of the Beasts, and a potential crossover with GI Joe on the horizon, it's likely that there will be plenty of more moments for the Transformers to go beast mode. Besides, what's more beast mode than the dinobots? the Beast Wars.

Love the references to G1 in Bumblebee but I gotta take points away for how the artists rendered Ravage. Ravage is supposed to be a leopard or jaguar, but in the movie, he's definitely got more of a canine look to him. It's not a huge deal in the long run, but definitely worth a mention if accuracy is the goal.

In The Age of Extinction, we get to see that the company is copying Optimus design (even tho Megatron changes it to his image) and they make a Bumblebee lookalike but in red, Stinger, so when you see Bee beating Stinger and saying "I hate cheap knock offs" you feel the moment.

I'm honestly surprised that the Optimus Prime Vs. Bonecrusher fight didn't even make it onto the list. That is favorite fight, and my favorite scene from all the Transformers films. Also Bumblebee Vs. Rampage and Ravage was another great one they skipped. I'd say it was better and way more beast mode than Bumblebee Vs. Soundwave IMO.
