I've been binging your stuff all night, this is AMAZING!! I spent so many years cobbling together these convoluted ways to do simple stuff and your videos just show such nice & clean ways to do things that would've saved me countless debugging hours. Thank you for this masterful tutorial series.

I've been using Unity for a god damn year and a half and didn't know about the Align with View option. your videos are absolutely fantastic. I'm a second year game design student, and in the short time I've been subbed to your channel you have helped my studies tremendously. I fully intend to become a new patron soon. Please keep up the awesome work.

You're welcome, I really like Unity and I'm learning quite slowly how to use it, but I hope I manage to learn at least half of what you show so I can start actually making something and then learn by doing it xD so you're the one who needs to be thanked a lot :)

Fundamental but really, really useful: - Shift + Space to maximize a view. Useful for setting up scenes. - Setting up different layouts depending on different parts of your workflow. - Locking layers you DONT want to click on. Very useful for 2D animation.

@Brackeys One tip that I know of and not been included in the video is, while placing any object in scene window if you press and hold 'V' you can snap that gameobject on to other objects. This is very helpful if you want to place an object just right without even calculating where it should be placed. This is also helpful thing if you try to scale or rotate because it then allows you to choose your own pivot point instead of the default one. Also if you want to animate a object inside unity this thing can be awesome, I use this a lot.

Performance tips: 1) Use pre rendered scene on texture as video to increase performance in game menu if backdrop is a scene. 2) Disable all game obj that the player cant see to increase FPS. You can just disable the mesh if game obj moves around, like a monster.
