The best option, in my opinion, is Project 9, which builds a brand-new metropolis rather than adding to the city of Kuala Lumpur's already many tall towers.

Tradewinds and M101 have been abandoned. Conlay 8 currently suspending its construction. LOT M only in klcc future plan. Fairmont (aka citi tower) halved construction. Only pilling done. Bandar Malaysia only work is flattening the site. No contruction is done. This project is too controversial and politcial incorrect to start. Missing from list is plaza rakyat....a site that has been abandoned, revised, abandoned again. What missing is bbcc signature 80 storey tower. But unlikely it will complete before 2030.....due to covid 19 setback and oversupplied of office spaces and hotels at the moment.

- IBN bukit bintang currently abandoned -M101 Skywheel been known cancelled long time ago - Tradeswinds square just a proposed project And it is not certain whether the project is built or not - M Tower only begin it's construction after 2030 -Bandar Malaysia are unlikely to become reality since its first phase project which HSR KL-Singapore are cancelled

Bandar malaysia tu lebih baik bina rumah kos rendah untuk rakyat, buat satu mall, satu masjid, satu rumah2 ibadat agama lain, sekolah, shop lot, taman riadah, dan ade bas electic untuk pergerakan dalam kawasan tu untuk hubungkan ke station mrt. Xpayah nak projek2 mega.

KL should stop building skyscapers, go for greater KL, concerntration of high building contributes to bad traffic. Now so many "elevated highways" to solve traffic problems. Once a city gets too "densed" , a lot of problems will arise.

As an investor that own 20+ properties in Malaysia, I am only interested in KL golden triangle, Mont kiara and Desa Park city. Bought one desa park city condo for less than 800k sold for 1.4million. Rest of many so called greater KL are crap in ROI. ( Except Bangsa, Damansara Heigh, Kenny Hill and seputeh )

Here you have a convicted criminal having a passport and able to travel overseas to visit his grandson, fighting to attend parliament. Also there's this rule about the 'sons of the earth' must have certain equity in a business. Beware that your money invested will go into a black hole and be 'robbed'? better invest in Singapore...
