Thank you for sharing such an incredible video. I can't stop watching the last clip! Question, what kinda additional costs would one expect owning such a property? I'm assuming additional taxes such as those we pay here in the UK (council tax etc).

Hello Saj, Thank you for your comment on the video. A properties in Spain have costs associated with the property. The most common are IBI (Council Tax) and Basura (Rubbish collection) both paid yearly. The IBI rate depends on which area you live. Me parecen bonitas pero a ese precio no creo que lo valgan...al menos no en EEUU hay mansiones en miami beach, LA, Huston por el mismo precio pero con una decoración más moderna y fina.
