I was waiting for it... Kind of a big miss, but looking forward to the next great installment

Honestly I have never actually owned a strap made of sailcloth. I know this is a novel idea for most KZbinrs top 10 lists but I wanted to do ones I have actually owned and loved. I will get one in for the next list!

My wife got me an Artem strap for Christmas. So far, I love it!

I have that Razor Wire from Uncle Straps as well. It breathes and flexes better than any bracelet i have seen. It's extremely comfortable

Isoframe is on my buy list 😂 Edit: You mentioned bund straps! Great pick!!!

Keep up the good work Sam. I like these types of reviews. I like the mesh bracelet on my Doxa Sub 200; but now, I wonder how the Razo-Wire would wear on it or another of my dive watches. Thanks,

The struggle is real when it comes to leather straps.I have spent a ton of money on various brands and still have not found anything to my liking over ones that come on the watch. I am now a bit "gun shy" about about ordering anything without actually putting hands on.

Yep leather is the hardest to buy out of all of them! I like man cave leather or colareb but for reasons some may not like.

Another one to try: parachute strap

Great video! Living in a tropical country, we can’t really enjoy the leather straps. It causes rashes and to your skins. Glad that you enjoyed them!

Yep, I live in Florida and I do worry about that. Also my wrist swells a lot in the heat so sometimes bracelets are uncomfortable

Bought an Isofrane strap over 2 years ago & my watch box still smells like vanilla. Great list 👍😎👍

Its a very distinctive smell! the tropic ones have it but it goes fairly quickly!

Great review, have most of those companies on my bookmark marks. Side topic, there about 5% of us that have large wrist, like 8.0-8.75 in size. Be nice to know of all the places where there good places to go too for XXL straps.

I'm looking for a leather Rally strap who would you recommend ?

I really like what Mykola at man cave leather does. They are an investment but I think well worth it. He did send a number into the channel for reviews and giveaways just FYI. I wish I had a rally one I could send you. Leather is the hardest to buy. I think watchgecko are good also

I'll try Watchgeko 👍

Any thought on Uncle leather straps? I haven’t seen any reviews about them. Thank you.

I’m a fan of the rubber and metal straps; I’ve not seen a leather one in person. Honestly, I am still impressed by Man Cave Leather if you want a decent one. It’s a bit of an investment but well worth it.

Hiya, I’ve been thinking of buying a CW C63 Celest - would you recommend their consort bracelet or dark blue ‘fine Italian leather’ strap? Knowing me I’ll probably get both in the end but would be interested to hear your thoughts. Cheers
@CasualWatchReviews2 ай бұрын
The consort is really nice honestly, without question I would personally go for that!
@george88pizza432 ай бұрын
@ thanks! I particularly like how they’ve added the micro adjust to the consort. Quite a rare thing to have micro adjust on a butterfly class. I know VC have one but would struggle to name more brands that have it

Good list. However, you ironically left off two of my. favorites- sailcloth and MN straps. Mesh is a favorite of mine too and I actually really like the look of razorwire. However, 2/3rd of my watches are in integrated bracelets so some of these will never grace my a watch in my collection.

The silk OEM with sewn in bars I have on the BB58 Tudor is great in a hot climate.In the EU I have bespoke straps for my skinny wrist from Jacob straps an artisan maker in Jaen,Spain.Do not order anything exotic like gator if it has to go through customs outside EU area.

Actually nato straps definitely put a lot of strain on the spring bars. That’s why I don’t like them! They cause the problem they try to fix… and also they add to the height. That’s why field watches have long lugs!
