Some of those warning lights just don't mean dick. I've had a CEL and ABS light on my 95 Civic since I bought it for a grand, over 70k miles ago. The CEL is because the ECU thinks there's no oil pressure for whatever reason. And the ABS light is anybody's guess, the brakes work fine. I have absolutely no interest in chasing those demons down.

Honestly a intake sounds 1000% better. The engine itself is extremely loud and has a lot going for it as it’s a DOHC V8, you get a short and uncovered intake, the ones with just a pod filter not an inclosed box and it sounds like a V8 racecar. A sound no Chevy can make as they are pushrod engines and don’t make a massive intake noise. Open the intake box on one and rev it, you’ll see what I’m on about.

man i miss my 97 5 speed maxima, i had headers with no cat, y pipe, removed cats, res, and no muffler, it was insanely loud, ill never forget when my boy lived in an apartment complex where it had a parking garage with apartments above it, i sped down it and the lady walking her dog almost had a heart attack and she reported me to building management, they couldn't do anything because i didn't live there, if i had saw her i wouldnt have done it, ive had neighbors call the cops on me, pulled over ALOT, lol, it didnt particularly sound good but my goal was loud, and it was LOUD. and if anyone knows anything about 5 speed maximas, its smoking civics, beating 3 series bmws and 5.7 chargers, i had alot of people shocked when we raced, i owned 2 5 speeds both 97s, i miss them both so much, my first one was the one that was insanely loud, rust took it out, the second one i didn't make nowhere near as loud, i was 18 at the time and my first car, god i miss those days...

That first video gave me goosebumps I was one of those kids yall hooked up to make them a future car guy. I had a 2004 Toyota Corolla and one day I wanted to straight pipe it to make it more enjoyable. Oh my god was it fun. The best car I’ve owned period, my current is a 2014 Passat and the one before the Corolla was a 2000 ford ranger all black. The ranger was too slow, I would floor it in a school zone and I couldn’t catch a speeding ticket if I tried. The Passat is fun and quick but it handles so well it’s almost unfair. I know I can take a curve as fast as I want and I’m still going to be in control. The Corolla was so loud, like stupid loud. Im in the boonies in the Deep South and my neighbors would still complain it’s too loud. That car was fun, it was my highschool car, I smoked weed in it, I took girls on dates, I went to parties in it. Just this obnoxiously loud Corolla with no traction control whatsoever straight from the factory. I put in an interior light strip so I had rgb lights while I was driving, I swapped in a touch screen Bluetooth stereo…. I swear to god that car was a perfect and if I could go back in time I’d beat my own ass for selling it
