I don't blame you. Some of the music is like amphetamines for hyperactives, paradoxically soothing something different inside through dramatically different music. I used to listen to Merzbow to fall asleep. Being hypersensitive the sound of the EMFs around me causes a persistent ringing in the ears (not caused by damage at all, I had it checked [not even caused by loudly listening to Japanoise]), so white noise or even Japanoise was the only way to really block it out.
