Wildest play…Ultimate Air & Space in Charlottesville, 1983 against a strong NE team. Close game for a dozen points. We receive in end zone going into the wind. Work it to the brick. Wind catches the disc and heads it out of bounds. Teammate chases after it. At the sideline he leaps into the air, grabs the disc, and before landing, hucks it into the wind. Disc sails flat and high to the far corner and hovers, giving another teammate enough time to make a diving catch in the end zone. The guy who leapt OB and threw the perfect pass, while airborne, was tripping on ‘cid.
