Just looking at their colorful petals is inspiring & fascinating. Well, my favorite flower is Delphinium (not dolphinium ok :). It’s strikingly beautiful and cold-hardy too i believe. Nice video, rock on friend!
@GardeningUpbeat5 жыл бұрын
@Zenyr Garden Làm Vườn Vui, thank you very much for watching the video and good to see you here again. Delphinium is obviously beautiful and we call it as Larkspur. Last year I didn't get quality seeds and going to try again this year. Buying seeds online is somewhat risky but no other options as nurseries in my place don't keep many plants which I want to grow. Have a great time friend!
@zenyrgarden78595 жыл бұрын
Ohh yeah, Lupine is another one that looks similar to Larkspur. They are so beautiful. ^^ I let the seeds sit for too long, they got old and didn’t germinate well. Sometimes online sellers give you old seeds + the delay in shipping time so. Anyway, take care & nice to see you again too!

@GardeningUpbeat4 жыл бұрын
@Rathna Selvaraj, Thank you So So much for your feedback, I truly appreciate it and thank you again for regularly watching my videos 🙂🙂 Good to know you are tempted to grow more plants..allow me 2-3 days and then it would be even more as I am going to show 50+ plants that we can grow in Winter. I have grown all of them myself and many are from seeds. It's the best time to buy the winter flower seeds..and again, we can sow them now. But, plz note that if temp is above 30°C, plz wait for some more days, 20°C-30°C is ideal. You shouldn't get any trouble growing in your place....If you want to buy seeds online, plz watch this video once - kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZqpYZ2bgbx6g6s Thank you and let me know if you have any questions, Happy Gardening 🙂🙂

Hi, can I do sowing the seeds in June. I mean now. I am from Bangalore and it's widie and rainy these days.
@GardeningUpbeat3 жыл бұрын
@venky s v, Bangalore...Amazing place and I know lots about it as I spent entire 10 years in Bangalore, miss a lot too :-) Anyway, these are best for Winter season and if you want to grow, you can start sowing the seeds from Sept end onwards. During this time of year, it's a rainy season in Bangalore and it rains almost everyday (if I am not wrong as I left Bangalore in 2011 itself) and for that we need to grow other plants. Within next 2-3 days, I am going to upload one video about the plants that are best for June-July or Monsoon. I hope you would like to watch that...Just for your info (as I met someone from Bangalore)...We used to stay in Lakshandra (Near Kormongla), me and 5 of my my friends :-) Great place, great memory and we still miss the Samosa Chaat from a store which is in Lakshandra main stop..ha ha...I hope, they are all fine now :-)

@@GardeningUpbeat ya, Bangalore is really awesome place , pleasant weather too. I can feel the sense how much you miss ... 😂 Thanks that you clarified me otherwise I was planning to sow the seeds tday 😎😎...so if we sow in September can we expect blooms in winter right? Probably in Feb or March .... I will wait for your next video regarding jun July plantation

@GardeningUpbeat5 жыл бұрын
@Bis wa ze, thank you for your question :-) 3 hours would be sufficient to get blooms on Petunias. But, plz be careful while watering. Since it won't get lots of direct sunlight, you would need to water in less interval. Also, plz make sure to maintain a good airflow. Good luck :-)

@GardeningUpbeat4 жыл бұрын
@Shampa C, Honestly saying most of the Perennials are not going to bloom well as they need more Sunlight. But still, there are few plants that you can grow like - Gerbera Daisy, Pentas, Vinca, Lantana etc. However there are few more seasonal plants (mostly winter) that you can grow. I would go through the list and upload the video before season starts, thank you :-)
@shampasham14 жыл бұрын
@@GardeningUpbeat hi Will gerbera bloom in 2-3 hours of sunlight? Is it perennial?

@Shampa C, Yeah, Gerbera is perennial and it would bloom in 2-3 hours of Sunlight...but if you can increase to 4 at least, it would bloom more :-) Good luck :-)

@GardeningUpbeat5 жыл бұрын
@Reza uddin Ahmed, thank you very much for the feedback. Though, I am really sorry for late reply. I didn't add Impatient as wanted to make the plants beginner friendly. Inpatients are great but they do need some special care. However, Primulas are really easy to grow and they bloom even in shade and need very low care. Anyway, thank you very much for your suggestion, I really appreciate it. Wishing you and your family a very very happy new year :-)
