Thank you for this video! 🙏 This is a lot of information I've been needing for so long. If you don't have breathing problems, you really don't understand the struggle.

The part about fats needs to be explained further. Not all fats are bad for you and you need fats to absorb various vitamins and minerals that are fat soluble. As well there's a difference between scratch home cooking with proper fats with the least processed items vs eating out whether fast food or not. I have both asthma and copd and don't eat out or eat the highly processed junk that most people in North America do yet my lungs are bad. They're not as triggered as when I did more than a decade ago when stopped all of that stuff. I'd also add another environmental trigger that most with breathing issues will atest to is mold. Sometimes you can do things but if you're renting and the landlord won't take care of repairs that they're responsible for that cause the mold then you are going to have issues and sadly finding a new place to live is not feasible for many people. The overwhelming majority of this info I already knew and follow except the dairy that is limited due to costs not due to being a trigger for me.

I had chronic bronchitis in the past and went to a holistic Christian Doctor. She told me to take NAC 600 mg per day, and bromelain and bio quercetin 120 together. After 3 rounds of antibiotics this finally worked. I now take 600 mg NAC with 60 mg bioquercetin as a preventative. This worked for me.

Thanks, but, uh, waited until the end, "because there is one food at the end that might surprise you". 🤷♂️
