Movie 43, Only God Forgives, Die Hard 5, and... Iron Man 3: Not just because of the stupid twist…but because of everything else. Messy plot, disappointing payoffs, an uninteresting antagonist, and really cringe worthy humor scattered throughout. It did not feel like a sequel to the other Iron Man movies…it sucked. I hated it.

I thought The Purge was OK, not terrible but not good either. I'm still in the making of Both Best and Worst of 2013 at this time. Movies I hated this year were Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2, Escape From Planet Earth, A Good Day To Die Hard, RIPD, We're The Millers, Movie 43, A Haunted House, Beautiful Creatures, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. I'm seeing GETAWAY on Netflix tomorrow, I'm pretty sure it will be on my list. These next few days will be torture but also make me a happy lad with the good movies :) Great Video John, I honestly thought Grown Ups 2 was funny, it's not a masterpiece or anything but it was a decent laugh-out loud film in my opinion.

hahaha...we used to do movie night with a couple of friends and one night they brought over the purge .... buddy said it was awsome and that i would like it .....he couldnt have been more wrong....i sat and made fun of the movie the whole time and like jon says its just a stupid fucking movie and the concept is really fucking dumb....the neighbours coming over to kill the family at the end over dude having flaunted his money was so fucking stupid

My least favorite/ hated/ most dissapointing movies of 2013 (I haven't watched that many movies this year) 1/ Zero Dark Thirty ( I hated this movie because I was so letdown by what I got) 2/ After Earth (I kinda expected shit and I got it) 3/ Gangster Squad (I was extremely letdown by this) 4/ Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters (again expected shit) 5/ GI Joe Retatiation (I thought it was going to be decent but nope) 6/ VHS 2 (I liked about half but hated the other half) 7/ Parker ( I was letdown by what I got) 8/ White House Down (enjoyable in parts by I didn't like it) 9/ Elysium ( I was just letdown by this movie) 10/ Ripd (the only reason I enjoyed it at all is because I watched it with my family and we laughed at the movie) Honorable mentions: A Good Day to Die Hard( I wanted to put this on the list but there wasn't enough room.

Anything with Selena Gomez I will avoid I didn't both wasting my time seeing that it looked like it would suck. Same for R.I.P.D I completely agree with you looked like Men in Black just not as good so I never saw that either. I thought White House Down was actually on par with Olympus Has Fallen I thought that WHD was underrated if anything. I enjoyed the first half of Grown Ups 2 haha it got stupid at the end. I enjoyed Lone Ranger though. Pretty much I don't agree with much but Getaway, Purge and RIPD either looked terrible or were that's for sure

sooo glad The Purge made this list. a friend of mine had me watch this movie, told me it was both brilliant and badass. my disappointment couldn't be conveyed using words that exist in any language, or that have ever existed. he and I argued for a good hour about how this movie failed to tell a good story or get me interested in it enough for me to give a damn. my distaste for this movie can only be described in reference to diarrhea and vomit covered underwear worn for a year by Michael Moore. to hell with the purge and whoever thought it would make for an interesting movie. that was time in my life wasted that I can never get back. and that makes me cry.

I actually kinda liked GI Joe Retaliation. My fiance wanted to watch Age of Extinction and I spent most of the runtime slumped over the arm of the couch staring at the floor. A Good Day to Die Hard was the first of the franchise I ever saw and even I knew that this is not what the movies were all about (seeing the original later on confirmed that). The movie of 2013 that I really hated was Pacific Rim, a pile of cliches and blandness. Ron Perlman and Ellen McLain are the best parts of that movie (not good when they're in it for a combined total of 3 minutes!)

I saw Surfs 2 with my sisters, and I enjoyed some parts of the movie but I wasn't that interested into the first movie so I wasn't that interested into this one. I was afraid you'd put Lone Ranger in this list when it was on the thumbnail. I liked the movie, but I'll respect your opinion, you didn't like, that's good for me. It also helps that I saw your review of the movie. Now R.I.P.D. I loved that movie, the CGI bothered me, so I excused it with either being stylized, low budget, or technology just hasn't come far enough to make a legit looking CGI human. I thought it was funny at times, and I was interested in the film, but like with LR, I'll respect your opinion, because it's "like, your opinion man." I didn't know they made a Die Hard 6, though after hearing how bad Die Hard 5 was, I guess it didn't really surprise me for some reason when you talked about how bad this one was. lol Otherwise I loved the list.
