Thank you for watching! There are some wonderful gentrified homes/neighborhoods all over the city, but unfortunately the crime rate, school ratings etc...haven't caught up with the cute little builds that are popping up in those neighborhoods, but hopefully they will soon!

How could you leave out Forest Park, and especially Vine City , English Ave neighborhood aka the bluff. Please tell people to not move there no time soon. It needs major help over there.

I am also concerned on finding a job so if it’s possible for you to do a video on that that will be great and also which will be better moving to a new state getting a car( because it’s need in Atlanta) or getting a house with no job if that’s possible that will be help full for me on what to do when I come this summer. Hi Anthony. I just moved to GA for work in the Sandy Springs location. I am looking to find q place to settle down in an area that has a great school district, cultural diversity and is not an unreasonable commute to my job in Sandy Springs. Anything you can advise me of would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I work in east point. One time some homeless crackhead told me he “lost his dog on the highway” and asked if I “could take him a few exits up 75 north so we could look for him”. Then he asked for a cigarette. Then money…. I paid him 5 bucks to clean up the parking lot… East Point and College Park are like Atlantas armpit.

I’m planning to move to GA and have really enjoyed your videos and I for until you said “Fund the police, get that crime out of there” You started this video specifically saying Realtors should be a helpful and kind guide but by the end you pushed your own agenda as well. Whether to fund or defund, I want the facts of the area not your opinion on how to “fix it”
@LivinginAtlanta3 жыл бұрын
The data shows that less crime in ANY area is good for schools, for families, the economy, for businesses, for future growth of society, etc...Higher crime does the opposite. Those are data-driven facts, not my "agenda"....thank you for watching and for your feedback.

About the education… I have yet to meet a person that is actually from Atlanta with higher education… the most unmotivated backward people I’ve ever met. Just my opinion. its a great place to invest in real estate and for entrepreneurship. Great bang for your buck in comparison to other cities.
@LivinginAtlanta2 жыл бұрын
If you haven't met a person from Atlanta with a higher education, then you don't get out much AT ALL. Personally, I have a BA in Industrial Engineering and a Masters Degree (MBA) in business, and I own and operate 3 businesses outside of real estate, but who's counting, right??....but I'm sure you're right, no one from here has an advanced education. #rollingeyes
