Such is another example of Eugenics in it's more covert, yet still sinister intentions of the French Physician as Plagarist to cultivate favor in those established social circles by the deliberate misapplication of Charles Darwin's work of Natural Sciences entitled "On The Origin of Species", by adapting Darwin's work by the applied addition/interpretation of pseudoscience in the invention of Eugenics to explain such nonsense as the existence of chemical substances labeled as "Mutagenes". On the strict Grammatic rule stating that: " Verb is the descriptive article in any statement and it is the Noun that is that portion that the verb describes the effect of an action that brings about a Change to the constant Reality, no verb can be a thing (a noun; i.e., a person, place, or a thing), as no noun can be made (constructed) to do the work of any verb...". Thus, by recombing the construction of the verb "To Mutate" by splicing on the word-ending ( words are nouns) "gen", as in Oxygen, a physical gas at room temperature, to effect "Mutagen" the plagiarism that Eugenics is in actual truth is obvious to the rational mind as just another Theft of a person's original thought by another intellectual confidence artist. Darwin, himself a Believer in The Almighty as well as a practicing Natural Scientist, noted that the Frenchman who popularized his miscalculations as the foundations of "...[a] whole, new exploration as the birth of "The Social Sciences -- Eugenics!", dryly commented "So it would seem that he has found something in my works", was not ment by Darwin to be congratulatory in the slightest upon this slight and insult by another to Darwin's demeanor, but as a quiet declaration of a Scientific War against Eugenics as a whole and against all it's fallicital constructions as it's parts. Perhaps G. B. Shaw's dour observation : " Do not do unto Others that You Would Have Others do Unto You ; fore their Tastes may not be The Same [ as Your's] (paraphrase, mine).

The bunker at The Greenbrier (located in White Sulphur Springs, WV), was one of the most open secrets in the history of secret intelligence. My uncle and my father each knew some of the people who worked on the project, and it was common knowledge in the area. All it would have taken was one Soviet agent asking a few simple questions to have put WSS on the top priority list of Russian targets in a nuclear war.
