As a Philadelphian, "The Boy In The Box" left a scar on my home town. This crime was so horrific, my Mom, who was a new mother herself when it happened, watched my sister and I LIKE A HAWK, even after we reached adultedhood. Two years ago, while my Mom was in dialysis, we finally learned the name of Little Joey. My Mom passed away last November, a week after my older sister's birthday. I'm glad that we learned Little Joey's name. That was one thing that make my Mom breathe easy. RIP Mommy. And RIP Little Joey.

"I loved That Child" that quote has always bothered me. "That Child" Your daughter? I love my child , I love my daughter, I loved my child , I loved my daughter. Maybe it's just semantics but even back when I first heard it it never sounded right to me. Maybe it's the past tense and the the dis-ownership? ( also the time where the parents swore up and down they found the person who did it, said that he had told them things " only the killer" would have known over conversations with him, only to find out the guy in question was in Jail at the time of the murder... Ok, so who else was in the conversation that would have known what the killer would have known? guess we'll never know now. ) That whole case was screwed up and mishandled.

Beaumont kids got caught in a riptide. I’d bet my life on it. They were seen swimming in Glenelg North which is important because Glenelg North (as opposed to Glenelg proper) is known for rips. Plus swimming near the breakwater was banned in 2017 due to so many people drowning. Locals know not to swim there, but tourists still jump in sometimes. Including a young girl who drowned just last month.

If the hopper for the mix for the shake or soft serve side of the machine at McD's is not filled properly, when the machine goes into it's heat cycle, it will go into what is called Freezer Lock. That is when all hell breaks loose. I worked at a location in Wisconsin for 2o years. They contractually *have* to call the company for service on the machines, even if they know what's wrong.

The thing about the drive thru's seeing the customers, that's entirely true. I worked at a McDonald's for about four months, and the drive thru has cameras so we can A. double check which car has which order and B. to make sure someone is actually at the speaker and didn't accidentally trigger the drive thru alarm on their way out of the drive thru/parking lot. Trust me, the second thing happens way more often than you realize lol.

So it's not the ingredients that are secret, it's the formula for the AMOUNT of ingredients that are mixed to get that exact taste (and maybe the order they're mixed in). The secrecy is mostly a marketing perk though, as people LOVE secrets. But it's not like the exact mixing formula of every other commercial drink is widely known, because it's simply not that interesting. The only thing that MAKES it interesting is the secrecy, and they know it. So they'll keep their 'secret' forever. Even if someone did or would find out the exact formula.
