By not watching anime movies, it means you miss out on some actual gems - Maquia: When The Promised Flower Bloomed (Frieren before Frieren) - In This Corner of the World (Japanese civilian perspective of ww2) - Grave of the Fireflies (incredibly depressing movie about the lives of 2 children during ww2) - When Marnie Was There (my personal favourite Ghibli movie) Although, there is a vibe to these 4 movies, a vibe they all share, which is probably why I listed these specific 4. In my opinion, these 4 animated movies, trump most movies to date
