Working at clearing psoriasis I’ve had 40 years. I’m 44 now. Fourth month now healthful eating: fermented foods, bone broth, greens and lots vegetables and fruit, meats and water. Also took out wheat/gluten, dairy, sugar. Using coconut oil for moisture. Epsom salt in bath. Result: had a herxhiemer reaction for few months and slowly (very slowly) it is healing. Stay committed it’s a marathon not a sprint. :)

I have found it in a variety of stores. I am east coast so that may be different than your options: Dierbergs Wegmans Whole Foods Schnucks A few Walmart Possibly Trader Joe’s, not sure

Do you have any tips for buying healthy foods from Walmart on a budget? I live in a small town and the nearest place to buy a variety of foods is Walmart, 25 minutes away. The next nearest store is sprouts, a little over an hour away.
