When he went for the planetary at 13:50 he tried to surround it with lings, but he had dropped a bunch of changlings during the previous attack, so when the zeglings tried to surround it the changelings blocked about 1/4 of the surface area, making half of the lings derp around instead of being able to inflict damage. First time I've noticed that happen.

You inspired me to get over my ladder anxiety, play ranked and go for cheesy strategies. I’ve played SC2 for many years but mostly played campaign, against AI or coop matches. I’m a Zerg main and incorporating Nydus network into my builds has done wonders for me. Im only gold/plat but there’s a good chunk of players that just aren’t expecting that at all.

Hi Marc I haven't played since Brood War but I've enjoyed watching your videos for some time now. I really like your approach to the game and to your content. You seem to go out of your way to include an educational component that, as a SC2 noob, I can definitely appreciate. So I have a challenge for you. Hearing you talk about the five marines vs the two helions in the first game towards your rules... that could be a change for 2024 challenges. Instead of going "I have 5 Marines/Reaper to use any challenge" you could give yourself X Minerals/Gas. So you could go "Okay. I get these marines and a reaper... or If this player is a hardcore cheeser I could sacrifice them all for a siege tank instead" type of thing? You're still limiting yourself but also giving just a smidge more survival chances in some niche scenarios.
