@@hapninemptynesters my favourite is a toss up between Julius River, Lake Chisholm or Trowutta Arch only 30 minutes from home

The only two we didn’t get to was the cape and the poo museum. We loved all of those places too. Our boys loved Paris Dam and the coal mines. Lime bay just up the rd would have been awesome to stay at too but was busy when we were there.

We didn’t get to stay at Lime Bay either but you are right it looks great. You have two to add to your list now when you go back.

@hapninemptynesters thank you, we will. 2015 was our last trip, only 4 weeks, still working back then. My favourite spot .... Cockle Creek at the end of the road. Had it to our selves. Love it when that happens.

@Melanie-sq3dw oh wow that would have been magical. We were surprised with Tassie being so busy how many times we found places with no one around.

Did you guys do South Sister Summit lookout and the Red Fridge both at St Mary’s. Goblin Forest walk near Pyengana, Potters Hill Labyrinth at South Arm. Tasmanian Bushland Gardens (absolutely loved this place run by volunteers) between Sorell and Orford. Castle Phoenix at Geeveston. Penguins at Stanley Beach. Devils Gullet near Mole Creek. The Derby tunnel. Oh, and Wee Georgie Wood steam train at Tullah. Mazngaz_greatadventures

@@hapninemptynesters we were there for 3 months too, same months as you but just 1 year later and as we had a dog, we didn’t do much of the NP things that you did. And I’m kicking myself for not going to Mt Paris Dam. Saw plenty of signs to it but thought it was just a dam, nothing special!!! Were we ever wrong!! 3 months is good but without a dog I think 4 months would have been better. Enjoy Vic high country. Mazngaz

@garybrown1526 we agree 3 months is the minimum. We would have preferred 4 or 5.
