Presenting Top 15 Nazrul Geeti Collection sung by Purabi Dutta. The album is an exclusive collection of Songs of Nazrul in the voice of Purabi Dutta.
Nazrul Geeti are the songs written and composed by Kazi Nazrul Islam, a Bengali poet and a national poet of Bangladesh and active revolutionary during the Indian Independence Movement. Nazrul Geeti incorporates revolutionary notions as well as spiritual, philosophical and romantic themes. Kazi Nazrul wrote and composed nearly 4,000 songs which are widely popular in India and Bangladesh. He always followed Kazi Bazle Karim, his uncle and a leader of a Leto group to become an expert in composing songs and setting them to tunes. At very young age Kazi Nazrul Islam excelled in composing songs in different languages, apart from Bengali language.
This album is an exclusive compilation of 15 beautiful tracks sung by the famous singer Purabi Dutta.
