Gonna be honest, calling Vesperia modern is iffy as the game originally released in 2008 and the DE 2018 version is a port of the 2009 Japan only PS3 version. I'd say even Ys 8 and a few others from around 2016 is really stretching the word 'modern' to its limit. I'll give you SO2R mainly cause it was remade from the ground up in HD2D format and combat wad tweaked quite a bit, same for Trials as it was a full on remake. Vesperia should probably be replaced with Berseria or Arise while Ys 8 with Ys 9 imo...and in 10 days or so maybe Ys 10.
