Diana was too tall and her figure too suave and sophisticated for that frilly piece. I felt, but she learned to dress gorgeous and was a real style icon by the end of her life and wore many an evening gown much more gorgeous on her figure than that. She said herself if she had married at 25 when she was more mature, she would have never chosen that gown.

No offense, even if I ADORE Grace, Diana’s was way more iconic in my opinion. It garnered a lot of attention and I think it’s deserving to put her up there as number 1 (this is my opinion so it might not be in everybody’s favor and that’s alright).
