On the flat glass bowl with the candle that you can't burn in the popurri try keeping your eyes peeled for a glass container to sit the candle in inside the popurri and that way you can enjoy the nice flame and warmth it gives!!!! also you could frost it just to maybe give that look as well. Thrift stores have gotten ridiculous. They sometimes put people through such inconvenience to donate; certain hours, certain locations, picky as to what they'll take. And then outrageous prices when sold.

Happy New Year! Given that you love McGee and Co I recommend looking for a target liquidator near you. Most areas in the country have them and you can get the Target's version of all kinds of stuff for pennies on the dollar. I got the $35 McGee olive leaf wreath for $5 and many high end store inspired pots and vases for $3. Hope you can find one - you'll love it! There are often Target kids clothes for $1. Recently found your channel (although I found your blooms on an outdoor branch a couple years ago and recreated it. I still love it!) I have been binging your videos for the last week since - not always my style but often gives me ideas on how to make it to suit me. So thank you! May you and yours have a most blessed New Year!

The prices at stores like Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc just make me laugh. If I were a millionaire I don’t think I would hand them my money like that!! It just seems wrong with so many in need in the world - but that’s just me. Target is as high as I myself will go and even then it would be a splurge. 🌺

Years ago I bought some faux Boston ferns on Amazon for a fairly good price, at the time I couldn't find anything good at Michael's, Joann or the thrift shops. Still cheaper than places like Pottery Barn.

We pay 10 times more than what you pay at thrift stores and there aren’t any pieces like what you find. Our numbered storage crocks here go far higher. A # 2 like the one you showed would run at $25 to $35.00 dollars. I treasure the #3 I have. I like watching your show but we don’t have many high end stores here unless you’re willing to travel 2 to 3 hours. We make do being creative but at a greater cost even at thrift store. 🎉🎉
