FYI for the wonderful people here. Walmart carries LOTS of organic products. Also I have been doing online grocery shopping and scheduling a pick up at Walmart. You schedule a 1 hour window of when you want to come, pull up and they load your car. They don't allow tipping. Its great for winter months especially. Its great to search ORGANIC and you can find all the products they carry. And we know the price is right. They also do delivery but I haven't tried that. The Free grocery pickup is flawless. I am loving this.

Again, Art and Bobby you set the standard. You do a deep dive and teach us more about food than I ever thought was behind the ingredient list. By pulling that veil back our choices become so simplified. Thank you again for all of your research, hard work and patience. I do believe you are teaching the food producers that there are a group of hungry, appreciative people waiting to buy their products. Thanks for the puli nut heads up

You don't know how thankful I am for this video, words can not describe my huge appreciation for this video. I live in a food desert and food is more pricer because of it and yes there will be a walmart to take advantage of the situation. People are always buying the cheapest the most easiest and not good for you foods to deal with. Its been a struggle to do keto for me and my household Im trying not to give up. videos I'ved watched would be for stores or ingredients we don't have and the person would get kicked out and not really explain the ingredients like you did there info would be way too in general. Now I'm going to check out the rest of your channel and see what else you got. I'm trying to do keto realistically and right.

Bobby, love your video, so practical! I can’t help making a clarification about what you said about GMO being bred with Roundup that kills bugs. Roundup is an herbacide, not a pesticide. It’s meant to kill weeds not bugs. The Roundup is not bred into the GMO plant, the GMO plant is modified to NOT die like the weeds when everything is sprayed with roundup. You are right to recommend we stay away from GMO plants like this (and the animals that eat them). They are sprayed with Roundup which gets into us and lowers the liver antioxidant glutathione that we use to detoxify making us more vulnerable to toxins and their ill effects. (Tylenol lowers glutathione too) Thanks for making these videos!

Michelle Martin sometimes I find it so hard to believe people. You are the busiest person in the world no time to watch video or write things down but the guy making the video to help us all out has nothing to do and would love nothing more to do the work for you. He’s already being kind and giving us the info be grateful and help yourself. Good day.

@@brendailgen preach!! don't be a lazy copy cat and just watch the video.. that's how this man makes a living, and it requires nothing on our part except to press play.

Brenda It’s unbelievable how people have the NERVE to ask for a list, after BOBBY has taken the time and LOVE, to present such a clear and concise video. JUST UNBELIEVABLE! I’m not going to call anyone lazy, BUT.... I highly doubt they will be successful on KETO or anything else that requires effort on their part. 💁🏽🤦🏽‍♀️ #NextOnTheDocket👩🏽‍⚖️

I agree it’s way better when you just make it from scratch! I like the Paleo ones in a pinch and only get it when I see it at Costco.

No, Bobby, natural flavors are not inevitable for a good homemade even organic keto-friendly syrup! Maple extract can be made from soaking & then roasting fenugreek seeds! I'm going to be trying it sometime but after I find some allulose as I believe maple syrup contains it already!

You asked: The damson (/ ˈ d æ m z ə n /) or damson plum (Prunus domestica subsp. insititia, or sometimes Prunus insititia), also archaically called the "damascene", is an edible drupaceous fruit, a subspecies of the plum tree. Varieties of insititia are found across Europe, but the name damson is derived from and most commonly applied to forms that are native to Great Britain.

I have to remember my plan is keto and intermittent fasting. All the snacking stuff is not for someone trying to do intermittent fasting, which is ALL about insulin regulation and forcing the body to use the fat stores. Snacking, even though it is a keto-compliant food, is not recommended for someone upping their keto game with intermittent fasting. Eat one meal a day. If you want to incorporate any of these foods add them to your one meal of the day. Thank you Bobby Parrish for the awesome hunting and for sharing the great keto finds!
