FYI for the wonderful people here. Walmart carries LOTS of organic products. Also I have been doing online grocery shopping and scheduling a pick up at Walmart. You schedule a 1 hour window of when you want to come, pull up and they load your car. They don't allow tipping. Its great for winter months especially. Its great to search ORGANIC and you can find all the products they carry. And we know the price is right. They also do delivery but I haven't tried that. The Free grocery pickup is flawless. I am loving this.

You don't know how thankful I am for this video, words can not describe my huge appreciation for this video. I live in a food desert and food is more pricer because of it and yes there will be a walmart to take advantage of the situation. People are always buying the cheapest the most easiest and not good for you foods to deal with. Its been a struggle to do keto for me and my household Im trying not to give up. videos I'ved watched would be for stores or ingredients we don't have and the person would get kicked out and not really explain the ingredients like you did there info would be way too in general. Now I'm going to check out the rest of your channel and see what else you got. I'm trying to do keto realistically and right.

Bobby, love your video, so practical! I can’t help making a clarification about what you said about GMO being bred with Roundup that kills bugs. Roundup is an herbacide, not a pesticide. It’s meant to kill weeds not bugs. The Roundup is not bred into the GMO plant, the GMO plant is modified to NOT die like the weeds when everything is sprayed with roundup. You are right to recommend we stay away from GMO plants like this (and the animals that eat them). They are sprayed with Roundup which gets into us and lowers the liver antioxidant glutathione that we use to detoxify making us more vulnerable to toxins and their ill effects. (Tylenol lowers glutathione too) Thanks for making these videos!

Don't fall for that. There's no peanut butter that's 1g net carbs. It's always going to be 3-4g.

I have to remember my plan is keto and intermittent fasting. All the snacking stuff is not for someone trying to do intermittent fasting, which is ALL about insulin regulation and forcing the body to use the fat stores. Snacking, even though it is a keto-compliant food, is not recommended for someone upping their keto game with intermittent fasting. Eat one meal a day. If you want to incorporate any of these foods add them to your one meal of the day. Thank you Bobby Parrish for the awesome hunting and for sharing the great keto finds!
