You left out the Prins Variation. 5.f3. It would have landed in between wing gambit and smith mora in terms of popularity

Hey, as Black at 8:51, instead of Bb7, why not Nc4? It seems to nullify the monster bishop and negates the point of the sacrifice, no?

I think it's because if you don't play Bb7 first you get Qd5 by white, attacking rook on a8 and putting more pressure on the knight and if you move the knight you can get mated
