Cool video! Honestly though I feel with a list like this, you need to take intent in, as Cartman is more often than not, super selfish. When he saved Ike from Stevenson, it was because Stevenson didn’t have a hall pass, not because he cared about Ike and Kyle. Meanwhile, at least with the pangolin, he did it because he realized how much pain he was causing Stan.

Another small one I wanted to point out is from the episode "You Have 0 Friends." Earlier, Cartman was poking fun of Kyle for losing all of his friends due to friending Kiff but, later in the episode, Cartman actually goes out his way to help set up Kyle with someone that has the same likes as him and the kid is even Jewish as well. It's small but episodes where Cartman is genuinely helpful to Kyle is super rare lol

Indeed Cartman CAN be nice, it's just infrequent that it occurs, like here. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Also, in 'the wacky molestation adventure', he helped Kyle be able to go to the Raging Pussies concert after Gerald and Sheila told him no, by teaching the trick to him which he's played on his mum's ex-boyfriend to get him taken away.

Honestly, Cartman being genuinely nice or selflessly heroic on 20 instances is a bit of a stretch to declare, as #20, #19, #18 & #11 weren't examples of that and rather what he often does; do nice things or help people purely with malicious ulterior motives, under the guise that it will give him the position or the authoritah to do something else incredibly heinous or control those people into serving only his own interests. Although with #19 saving Kyle's life would be considered so heroic and caring that it should count as some part of Cartman would be distraught to not have Kyle around to at least tease and rip on him, and similar with #18 where some of his emotion for Kenny actually dying was genuine, so they are more really honourable mentions. A couple of them were instances where he was inadvertently the hero but had little or no consideration for the people he was saving and only acting on his own interests, in particular #17, #15 & #14 which therefore shouldn't count. However everything else is Cartman being actually caring for the people or animals he helps or saves, even if only minor like #12, there is pretty much no ulterior motive or intent to commit crime present, especially in the top 3, where he put himself at risk to save those whom he genuinely cared about and be their saviour. Cartman meaningfully being a good person is still pretty rare within the show proving he is still human, and his willingness to sacrifice his own successful life so that everyone else can be happy shows he has the capability of being the most honourable and selfless human being out of everyone else in the rarest of times. A couple scenarios you also could've considered is whenever Cupid me appeared, as even though it brought out his racist side in him, he was willing to spread love or bring people back together without intending harm. I would also include him giving the pangolin back to the scientist in the Pandemic special, as even though he threatened to destroy it so a vaccine couldn't be found, he was moved enough by Stan after his heartfelt speech to not want him to be miserable.
