Thanks @asdasfasfasdfasdf I think I’m following now 😊 If that’s your question @nagireddyakkala the there’s 3 reasons the episode would go for way to long if ever expert discussed top picks from every state we’d have a 5 hour ep Also refining it down to a few select areas can be a lot more helpful when it comes to getting expert commentary if they all have 14 areas each the term top picks begins to lose its meaning. Finally as discussed in the episode there are some areas on the list you can clearly see are not experiencing as strong pressure as others, we did this on purpose to offer everyone watching an understanding of contrast between states and how they’re growing. Asking experts to pick top picks in states not set to grow could give people a false confidence in that state Happy investing bro 😊

Love this episode! This is gold! I agree with all these experts! I’m a fan of all these guys and you too Todd. I totally agree with Rob flux in regards to his development perspective with St Mary’s being his top pick as I live in Dharruk NSW and can see all the work going on in St Mary’s and Penrith. I think Gilbert meant Shalvey which is also close by to me. He’s right about the crime rate but it isn’t as bad as the media makes it out to be. This episode is a cheat code for investors. Glad you enjoyed the ep mate! Yeah great spotting, this list was built using several pressure indicators some which might not have been used with Steves list like Avg. Potential Buyers by Suburb and some more local affordability levels. Steves was broken up into $500k $800k $1m+ were as we didnt want to go over the $800k and $1m mark unless we absolutely had too. love to hear if there's anything else you'd want to see in future eps like this bro 🙂
