what is the factor that makes jalen Williams a top 10 guy, but RJ someone who misses the cut? Same age, similar numbers. Jdub is a great catch and shoot 3 point shooter, but his on ball shooting isn't as good. Neither's defense is game breaking. Jdub gets to play off of an MVP candidate and a perfect modern center
@Henry_Chicken7 ай бұрын
also, deni defenitely showed a leap this year, but putting him over guys that have proven themselves their entire career and are around the same age makes no sense to me. Herro has won 6th man of the year and is just a year older, barrett is the same age and has been far better throughout his career. Lively is the 3rd/4th most impactful player on a championship team. etc.

JDub was literally top 3 in the league in pull up jump shooting efficiency and one of the most efficient isolation scorers in the league so you are just saying sht lol. @bennwokeleme72177 ай бұрын
@user-dj2yj2db5q no he doesn't. Maybe as a defender but vassell is the better 3pt shooter, the better mid range shooter, better at getting to the rim and is just crafier in general. Vassell is even a good passer. Deni does not have the offensive upside of vassell and if you think so you must not watch spurs basketball
@O.Z1237 ай бұрын
@@bennwokeleme7217 Deni has shot the same % as vassell from 3 Deni is the better passer better defender and he has a way higher basketball iq the only thing holding Deni back is the mid range and going more to his off hand if he works on that this off season he’ll solidify himself as a true franchise piece
@bennwokeleme72177 ай бұрын
@user-dj2yj2db5q lol same efficiency but vassell takes twice as many 3's , I see you left that part out. Also Devin is a really good passer, he averaged 4.1 assists to Deni's 3.8. I will say Deni is very slightly better but it is really close and arguable. Deni is the better defender tho but Devin is no slouch either. But as a scorer, Devin is way way way better. In mid range, getting to the rim, off the dribble 3pt shots, shots going to his left or right. There is no way Deni touches Devin's scoring ability. It isn't close at all. So calling Deni the better 2 way player or even saying he has the higher 2 way upside if just ignorant. It shows you don't know Devin's game. I would take Devin any day of the week because he is a good passer, above average defender, and his scoring is leagues above Deni's and he takes 2 times the 3's Deni takes.
