Very thorough as usual. Germany has everything: nature, history, architecture, museums, big modern cities and a high standard of living. It's always worth visiting Germany. There are super many small towns in Germany that are not overrun with tourists but are still very beautiful. Some examples are Wertheim (and the whole Tauber valley), Idstein (very small but extremely beautiful with a castle in the Taunus, i recommend having lunch at the Alte Feuerwache or the Deli Dojo), Karslruhe (a bit bigger but still very beautiful), the Eifel, a volcanic region, is also very beautiful with Aachen as the biggest city. As a fan of beautiful castles you must visit Wernigerode Castle in the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode is a super nice little town with an even nicer castle. If you are already there you can also take the Brocken train to the Brocken (the highest mountain in eastern Germany). Germany is a very unique country where every small town has its own history and architecture because it was divided into many small states for a long time. Therefore, there are so many small beautiful towns that are rarely mentioned in all the tourist books or are simply lost next to the big attractions.
@saba1030 Жыл бұрын

ive been to germany 3 times, and the last time i went was nearly 9 years ago, i really need to go back. i visited neuschwanstein in 2013 and one of my biggest travel regrets was not properly appreciating it and not wanting to go there. now today i am double my age that i was back then - and i now realise how amazing the castle is and i just need to go back, germany is amazing :)

Im from Ecuador, but i live in Germany almost 18 years , my first city hier was Ulm and i had the chance to live in the Fisherviertel wich is the oldest part of the city, Ulm has a lot of History ( Albert Einstein was born here) but also everything around the city is amazing ( Blautopf in Blaubeuren ), then i was in Konstanz for the University and it was amazing, unfortunately after Konstanz i took the bad decision to move to Pforzheim and it was really bad. Since 2007 i moved to Berlin and this is my home now. Germany has a lot to offer ,just dont go to Pforzheim.

I lived in Ulm for a few years, too! Still one of the most beautiful cities in Germany imo. The Fischerviertel is definitely one of a kind and being near to the Danube just adds to its awesomeness. Nice architecture, nice restaurants … I spent some of my happiest years in Ulm.

I personally live in Freiburg and for me it's the most beautiful City compared to All the other cities I've been to (in Germany and other coutries of course). I love the vibe of the City during midsummer. The people and the City itself is just amazing.

@Strohhut812 жыл бұрын
google translator. Thanks buddy for the nice video. I've been all over Germany and what's shown here is just a very small selection. Most notably, you left out the city of "Quiet Area," which is home to 27 million people. It is the largest metropolis in Europe and has many secret beautiful corners, but also many miserable corners, like any of the great metropolises in the world. My ancestors lived in this very area more than 6000 years ago

Hey Ryan. My partner and I are looking for somewhere in Europe to visit while we’re in Ireland later this years. We’ve watched about 8 of your videos now. Very well done. Quick and to the point. Plus you show where places are on the map to help people plan their journey. Plus your videography is excellent as well. Really well done mate, 10 out of 10. Thanks.

Lived around Frankfurt for over 4 years and visited a lot of these places. My wife's favorite place is Rothenburg ob Der Tauber but a lot of people fail to visit Dinkelsbühl and Nördlingen to complete the 3 walled cities of the Romantic Road tour. And for people visiting Neuschwanstein, I recommend you do the two castle tour and visit Hohenschwangau first if you're a history lover like me. You can complete both within a matter of hours and just note that Neuschwanstein is an unfinished castle.
