All of your videos are very helpful! Not everyone knows good spotting technique including me and some people are naturally amazing at it. Video on " how to properly spot" in different scenarios would be great

Are you talking about spotting someone else? Like, catching them when they mess up a move? Or do you mean you yourself spotting the ground during moves like flips?

@@egondugas I mean spotting someone else especially people who are not very experienced

I somehow missed this in my sub feed but came back after the most recent podcast. There are so many delicious tidbits in this, I love love love taking something that’s a core move in parkour (like a climb up) and expanding on it to further progress and challenge yourself. The inset climb up is something I haven’t seen yet and now you guys have got me excited to go into the gym and try it out! Keep up the good work!!!

Lovng these tutorial videos lately guys, nice work! A little constructive feedback on this one: The camera focus is on the background through a lot of this video. The content is fantastic though. That last two exercises are great recommendations for building climb up power.

All of these were great. The low foot & inset climb up variation are definitely gonna help me finesse my climb up tech 🙏🏼
