Using quality ingredients sincerely cannot be over emphasised 👌 I could remember when I also had issues with a particular cake I baked sometimes back, I baked the first set the cake didn't come out well I was so sure I didn't missed out anything on the list, I had to discard the cake and baked another set this time I was extra careful I had to pick up another new baking powder like I opened a new sealed one it still didn't come out well infact the second batch was the same as the first. I checked the expiration date it wasn't expired and I had like 2 extra thing which I had not opened to I was pissed I had to discard all the baking powder and switched product since then the difference is very clear 👌 good quality ingredients sincerely cannot be over emphasised there is always a difference in the result 👌
