No to margarine for buttercream, you need to use butter!

Thanks for sharing your view Cecile. And I absolutely agree with you that butter is a better option. But, margarine is a good substitute for butter. Margarine is edible too. If someone doesn't like the margarine in the buttercream, we usually advise that it is peeled out before consuming the cake. Margarine also tastes great, I assure you. Moreover, it is not easy getting butter where I live, and if one does get it (mainly at big shops like shoprite), the price is usually so high! I hope you now understand why I have to use margarine for baking and making my buttercream. Thanks for watching my videos and sharing your thoughts. This is for you: 💐💐💐💐

The turntable you're using...is it the plastic one?...if yes..how many inches is it and is it durable?.so that I can know if I should buy it or not...Thank you

A good day to you!!! Yes, it's the plastic one. It's 11 inches Yes, it is durable, I have been using it since ending of year 2020 (I got it after the corona pandemic) and it is strong as u can see in all my videos. Hi Ijeoma, you can buy ready made fondant from cake shops around you. Or make it yourself. For me, I make my fondants right at home. I have never used the store- bought fondant. Thank you so much for watching 💐💐💐💐
