Oh hell no! Yeah this is a just a little bit unacceptable. You can barely hear these trucks and sounds no different than a stock 2007 Mercury Montego, and that's a damn shame 🤔 Owners should have just run open manifolds, which is hands down the best setup and provides optimal back pressure and reduced morning commute distance by 127.32 miles on these Chevy/GMC 6.6L's.

i Drive 3/4 ton van so of course I'm going to go with Chevy because nobody else makes a small block 400 for cargo Van from the factory. I believe they're all v6s or four cylinders. And I'm in shock that actually a base engine for the Chevy is a 4.3 V6 I would never take that over a 400 small block. I do handyman type home repairs so I have tools from plumbing to electrical to carpentry to tile to hardwood flooring to roofing you name it I've got the tools for it so I need something that's going to be able to pull some good wait around and not get piss for mileage like a inline 4 turbo or V6 natural or turbo

@@eloyguzman4372 sorry just seen reply. Yes I installed it but swear the cab drone inside the cab was louder than the exhaust note of that makes any sense. Pulled it off and came across a good deal on someone selling a GM borla catback exhaust and much better, no drone at all

Them all was weak I got a 2014 chevy silverado LT 4 door 3d cat gone true dulled out one pipe on one side strait back and one pipe on other strait back with 4 inch tips it sounds so good 5.3 v8

Because if someone buys a dually, they want their truck to be a hard worker. And so they get the diesel option. This engine is much better suited to a ¾ ton and that's probably what gm had in mind for it.

I agree with the Vibrant first. In fact I'm tempted to buy that for my 2021 Silverado 3500 6.6 gas now. I would like it to have a nice low tone like that but the truck is used for towing most of the time so I don't want anything loud. And I'm not a fan of the way the truck looked with the dual out look
