I have trouble in baseline floater, how to fix it, because I usually use the board for floaters, shud I change my floater style? When I am doing EGT 2.0 floater exercise I get the floaters direct but the runners it becomes a board shot. Any tips? Thx. I liked EGT 2.0 a lot.

Sure, you can mix in whatever works for you. One of our main philosophies is to train as dynamic as possible, so instead of stationary squats, it would be a squat jump or a squat into a box jump, or alternating lunge jumps, etc... - Joe @ TeamEGT
