Lovely video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Piyason Videographic Ventures (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for creating your own viral video minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend at very last got astronomical success with it.

Great information. Beautifully captured footage. I am going to try your parallax squat movement out because the results look amazing.

Hi friend! Nice tipa. Wich camera did you use for the sample videos?

Agree with you if you are just getting started, a gimbal can do more damage than good for your footage.

Love it! Yah I know it can be tempting to dive right in with a gimbal but you can usually tell when that's the case

which lens do you mostly use on your gimbal?
@BobbyBurns5 жыл бұрын
Hey! For weddings I have almost always flown a 16-35, currently the Zeiss 16-35 f4. On occasion for a commercial project I might mount something else but yah love that focal length for gimbals!

has anyone seen a parallax effect around a dancing couple where at the end of the parallax, the camera pushes in close to the subject to fill the lens and then the "transition happens as it pulls away from the subjects to reveal the same dancing couple in an entirely new location?
@DarthZox5 жыл бұрын
Vary the direction of your parallax shots. Instead of having them all orbit right to left, have some go left to right so they're not all the same. It will add interest to the shots when you're editing them together. Some you can even reverse in post.
@BobbyBurns5 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure I talk about reversing your shots in this, maybe it was at a different part. In any case I definitely vary my parallax direction. If they are all the same in this video it's probably because I just pulled a few of my favorite shots from whatever weddings were easily accessible. In any case, thanks for the comment! I love the subtle parallax movement!

Great tutorial, I love using the first example and adding a bit of foreground
@BobbyBurns5 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! Yah always looking for foreground in my shots as well, harder to keep it stable though as we do very little in slomo. In any case I have another video in the works that talks about foreground! Glad to see others mentioning it! What gimbal are you using?

@@BobbyBurns I've got myself the new Weebil Lab, i dont like using gimbals too much but when i need it, it has been perfect, how about you?
@BobbyBurns5 жыл бұрын
Oh sweet. Yah I actually have using gimbals too early / too often in my top 5 mistakes wedding videographers make video. We are using the zhiyun crane original. Thought about getting the ronin s with the new price drop but there isn't too much of an upgrade there for me. Happy with what I've got for now. How do you like the weebil Lab? Such a unique design but I have heard people either love it or hate it. Were you using another gimbal before that?
@virgylsowah22505 жыл бұрын
Bobby Burns old school crane is still good! I love it because it’s so small so packs easily for travel! Fits into a tiny back pack and I’m good. I use to use the zhiyun V2 before the weebil

Less video of you talking to the camera and more video showing you do the moves.
