Love videos like this where you are actually at restaurants, stores, a coffee shop, etc. showing us the best options for weight loss, staying healthy and just high-protein, low-carb healthy eating. I have learned so much from the Chipotle's video, Walmart videos, etc. and the other restaurants/stores you have shown us and feel I can-and do-walk into any of those and order/buy what you have shown to be the best choices, and I know the right choices to make w/o spending a lot of time on researching this for myself. I hope you can do a lot more restaurants, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Chili's, really any, also more of the stores, TJ's, Whole Foods, Walmart, Aldi, you-name it. I literally make a List of what you have found to be the best choices, and that is, for the most part, my shopping list! This has turned out to be quite a wordy comment--thank you for everything that you do for us.Please keep it all coming, just love all your videos.

There are a few dutch bros that have indoor seating. We have one in Spokane, WA. The other ones generally have patio tables with umbrellas. In Arizona in the phoenix, AZ, there are some that have patio areas with multiple tables as well as misters for the summer time heat.

Try a large hot sugar-free White Zombie with white coffee and protein milk. If you can't do dairy, they do almond milk, which will make it more nutty flavor with the white coffee. One of best.

Ok - so I got so excited when I saw we actually have one of these in our small town of Morristown in TN but then I looked at the nutritional profile of their drinks. And damn - there are a lot of carbs and sugar grams in those drinks! Even in the no added sugar drinks! So sadly I’m going to have to make my coffee drinks at home where I have all the really good sugar free syrups from Skinny Syrups and NOW Better Stevia - they have THE BEST FLAVORS! And then I can add a protein powder and blend it to my heavy cream! So I don’t need to get hooked on those coffees - too many carbs for me and probably too expensive! I will consider at least trying it though!

It worries me how much sugar is in their Rebels and my kids always want them it really concerns me when I give in, how much sugar my kids are getting. The pastors of our church always walk in with blended Rebels. I think I heard one time that the large Rebels have something like 900 calories. At Dutch I always stick with an americano with cream and stevia packets to be on the safe side! Their sugar free white chocolate is really tasty!

I went on Dutch Brothers website, and depending on the size and flavor, there's up to 50 carbs per "protein coffee", and they're definitely not sugar-free either. I could not find an ingredients list, but the net carbs are very high. I'll be staying away from these.

Yes! When I hear "sugar-free" I always wonder if it's aspartame and other bad-for-you artificial sweeteners. I'd much rather have stevia (from the US, as when it's from outside countries, it can be cut with aspartame and not labeled)
